What are the working principles and technical characteristics of parallel three-phase constant power heating cables?

Three parallel insulated copper stranded wires are the power bus. The heating wire is wrapped around the inner sheath insulation layer, and the heating wire is connected to the power bus AB at a certain distance (i.e., "heating length"). —BC—CA—AB… are connected repeatedly to form a continuous parallel resistance between each two phases. When the busbar is supplied with three-phase power, each parallel resistor generates heat at the same time, thus forming a heating strip with continuous three-phase power supply.

The maximum fluid maintenance temperature: refers to the maximum process temperature that needs to be maintained for the medium in the pipeline. Generally, it should not exceed the value specified in this table

Rated voltage: 380V Maximum temperature resistance: 205℃
