What is the treatment of Wuzhou Cenxi institution?

I don't know much about Cenxi, but I am an undergraduate who just graduated this year. Through direct interview, he was recruited to work in a township institution in tengxian with a monthly salary of more than 1600. There should be little difference between Cenxi and tengxian. It is best for institutions to apply for urban areas and county towns, and finally give priority to towns and villages. This is my personal experience.
