We can see it in the annual provincial examination announcement. Requirements presented are for most full-time undergraduate courses. No asking for one, two, three, you don't have to ask for 985 or 211. Why is this? Because the HR department is recruiting for this part. There is a clear rule. Recruitment does not allow the creation of carrot positions, the more stringent the position setting. This means that the human connection between each position is particularly strong.

In order to avoid this suspicion, employers will not impose too strict requirements on recruitment. Although every employer recruits famous college students. But the civil service examination is based on the total marks, written test and interview. That's what I mean, whether it's a white cat or a black cat, it's a good cat to catch mice. This also reflects the fairness of civil service recruitment. Although the starting point was very low before, it does not mean that two or three students cannot be sent later. By saying this we do not mean that education is useless. On the contrary, higher education is the most effective passport to enter civil service positions. Nowadays, the threshold for entering the civil service is getting higher and higher. The more developed a city is, the more talent is valued. When recruiting civil servants in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, ordinary people have no chance to sign up. Even for grassroots positions such as street offices, there are still a large number of graduates from the north competing. Your two degrees are worthless. No matter how good your family conditions are, no matter how capable your parents are, the recruitment of civil servants must go through formal procedures, requiring written examinations, interviews, publicity and supervision. Without an excellent degree, you are not even eligible to register.

If you can get a bachelor's degree or not go to a junior college, after all, most positions recruited by civil servants are limited to bachelor's degree or above.
