2. Application

The number of applicants for Wuhan Municipal Public Institutions and East Lake High-tech Zone Examinations is calculated every day, so you can calculate the number of applicants on the penultimate day based on the number of applicants. There is no data on the exam in Hannan District, so you can choose a school based on your own situation. 3. Written examination

I took part in the written examinations of Wuhan Municipal Institutions, East Lake High-tech Zone, and Hannan District, and passed the interviews in all of them (generally, I scored more than 70 points in the written examination) That’s a high score, so don’t worry). I will talk about my experience from the following points.

(1) Find a suitable method according to your own characteristics

After these exams, I feel that it is really important to find a suitable review method. For example, I like to synthesize so much content, and then copy down the key points (such as teaching principles, moral education principles, class teacher management, etc.) based on previous years' real questions, copy them into a notebook, and memorize them in the last week.

(2) Take more mock exams and pay attention to time control

This article is mainly aimed at Wuhan public institution exams. This exam has two parts, the vocational aptitude test ( (referred to as the vocational test) and comprehensive application ability, then the more difficult one is the vocational test, one hundred multiple choice questions, one and a half hours, even though they are all multiple choice questions, only one and a half hours! (3) Understand the question types of previous years and conduct targeted review

The question types in each district are different, so you should conduct targeted review based on different question types and your own situation. Review (for example, the multiple-choice questions in the Hannan District exam focus on current affairs, learn about current affairs before the exam), I won’t go into details on this point.

4. Interview

I participated in the interview at Jiang'an District, a public institution in Wuhan, and Optics Valley No. 6 Primary School in East Lake High-tech Zone (I did not go to the Aolin Primary School in the Economic and Technological Development Zone for the interview). Finally admitted to Optics Valley No. 6 Primary School. I have the following experiences to share with you.

(1) Unity is strength

In this way, you can not only learn the strengths of other partners, but also discover your own shortcomings and improve them to become better and better.

(2) Understand yourself, use your strengths and avoid weaknesses

After a period of mock interviews, you will find your strengths and weaknesses, and then every subsequent trial lecture or lecture must be Work hard to adjust yourself, give full play to your strengths, and work hard to improve your shortcomings. For example, after a period of practice, I found that I often timed out and listened to the feedback from my friends. My language was not very concise, so I started recording my own mock interviews and listened to them when I went back to the dormitory to see where I couldn’t speak. And during the trial teaching process, I realized that I have a relatively good grasp of the teaching materials, so when designing the teaching process, I will spend more time thinking about how to make it outstanding. (3) Be calm and confident, keep smiling

(4) Don’t give up until the end

Maybe your written test score is not very good, but the chance of counterattack in the interview is very high.
