Inspiring teachers share their experience in writing exams--one step at a time

Inspirational teachers share their experiences in the exams and editing - one step at a time

In fact, when I first entered XXX, I saw Teacher I was wondering if I would be able to share with my fellow students one year from now. Time flies really fast, and in a blink of an eye, this moment has arrived. I am honored and grateful. I believe that one year from now You will also get your wish at this time and be filled with joy. Closer to home, I will talk about my experience in the examination and editing from the following aspects.

1. Preparation

(1) Start - Have a clear goal

I believe you all have the idea of ????wanting to be a teacher, but the degree is different. . If you are hesitant about whether to engage in the teaching profession in the future, you can also choose to take examinations such as transfer student selection and civil service examinations. These are all good choices. All in all, have a clear goal, and the sooner you set it, the better.

(2) Attend class - take every class seriously

When you enter, especially after school starts in September, you will find that every day is full... ...class, haha, but don’t be scared, it’s really fulfilling. I feel that the first three years of college were not as fulfilling as this year. These classes are like the essence of the skin care products you use. Each class is the essence. You may think it is exaggerated. Some lectures may indeed be like chicken soup. There is not much practical information, but in retrospect, they are not only delivering advanced education. concept, and it also invisibly strengthens your belief in being a teacher (and most of the teachers who give us lectures and even classes are principals of various schools. It is very likely that he will be one of your interviewers. I participated During the interview at Donghu High-tech Zone, my examiner was Principal Wang Xuejun who taught us decimals). In addition, XXX’s practical courses cannot be slacked off at all, such as physical training every morning, chalk calligraphy classes, storytelling classes, subject-specific interview training, written examination courses, interview courses... In short, cherish the end of college If you have the opportunity to take classes, follow XXX's arrangements step by step, you will gain a lot and make rapid progress.

(3) Internship - Seize every opportunity to attend class

There are many good resources, so it is a very lucky thing to be able to enter XXX. Everyone can go to well-known primary schools in Wuchang District for internships. The teachers in these schools are also very good. I was fortunate enough to go to XXX Primary School for an internship. In Shui Primary School, there were many opportunities to take classes. I am actually a very stage frightened person, but after two months of internship, my friends all said that I have made a big leap forward and Change (?ω?), so we must cherish every opportunity to go to class and work hard to fight for opportunities for ourselves.

2. Application

The number of applicants for Wuhan Municipal Public Institutions and East Lake High-tech Zone Examinations is calculated every day, so you can calculate the number of applicants on the penultimate day based on the number of applicants. Choose the position you apply for according to the number of people and the region (you may not have time to make changes on the last day of application). There is no data on the exam in Hannan District, so you can choose a school based on your own situation. Generally speaking, schools in Economic and Technological Development Zones are relatively easy to apply for. There are more people because the wages are said to be higher. Of course, the application situation is different every year. As long as we are fully prepared, we can apply with confidence?d(^?^)?.

3. Written examination

I took part in the written examinations of Wuhan Municipal Institutions, East Lake High-tech Zone, and Hannan District, and passed the interviews in all of them (generally, I scored more than 70 points in the written examination) That’s a high score, so don’t worry). I will talk about my experience from the following points.

(1) Find a suitable method according to your own characteristics

After these exams, I feel that it is really important to find a suitable review method. For example, I like to synthesize so much content, and then copy down the key points (such as teaching principles, moral education principles, class teacher management, etc.) based on previous years' real questions, copy them into a notebook, and memorize them in the last week.

Then you may ask, the review materials of Donghu High-tech Zone (I used the Zhonggong green one) are so thick, in what month and year were they copied? Then the role of mind maps came to the fore. When reviewing the written test in Donghu High-tech Zone, I first copied a mind map (the memory effect is better if you do it yourself), and then started to answer the 4,000 questions (China Public School Teacher Recruitment Four Thousands of questions) When you encounter something you did wrong or something that is not on the mind map, just copy the knowledge point. Slowly, the knowledge structure will become more and more complete, and when memorizing, it will be easy to form a framework in your mind. Structure also facilitates our recall and recognition.

There are many other review methods. I just want to say that you should use the method that suits you. Maybe during your preparation, other students seem to have good review results, and you want to try their method. Methods, of course, we must learn from good methods, but they must be suitable.

(2) Take more mock exams and pay attention to time control

This article is mainly aimed at Wuhan public institution exams. This exam has two parts, the vocational aptitude test ( (referred to as the vocational test) and comprehensive application ability, then the more difficult one is the vocational test, one hundred multiple choice questions, one and a half hours, even though they are all multiple choice questions, only one and a half hours! No! enough! I didn't finish writing (?s?n?t)b during the exam, so I almost got into the interview. So take more mock exams and pay attention to the time.

(3) Understand the question types of previous years and conduct targeted review

The question types in each district are different, so you should conduct targeted review based on different question types and your own situation. Review (for example, the multiple-choice questions in the Hannan District exam focus on current affairs, learn about current affairs before the exam), I won’t go into details on this point.

4. Interview

I participated in the interview at Jiang'an District, a public institution in Wuhan, and Optics Valley No. 6 Primary School in East Lake High-tech Zone (I did not go to the Aolin Primary School in the Economic and Technological Development Zone for the interview). Finally admitted to Optics Valley No. 6 Primary School. I have the following experiences to share with you.

(1) Unity is strength

You must be a team during the interview! Be sure to stick together! Be sure to stick together! Say important words many times. You can conduct interview simulations with three or five friends. In this way, you can not only learn the strengths of other partners, but also discover your own shortcomings and improve them to become better and better.

(2) Understand yourself, use your strengths and avoid weaknesses

After a period of mock interviews, you will find your strengths and weaknesses, and then every subsequent trial lecture or lecture must be Work hard to adjust yourself, give full play to your strengths, and work hard to improve your shortcomings. For example, after a period of practice, I found that I often timed out and listened to the feedback from my friends. My language was not very concise, so I started recording my own mock interviews and listened to them when I went back to the dormitory to see where I couldn’t speak. Okay, and try to be as precise as possible about the key issues when writing lesson plans. And during the trial teaching process, I realized that I have a relatively good grasp of the teaching materials, so when designing the teaching process, I will spend more time thinking about how to make it outstanding. All in all, you need to understand yourself, use your strengths and avoid weaknesses, and you will make rapid progress~

(3) Be calm and confident, keep smiling

Being calm and confident during lectures will make the examiner feel that you have the ability to be a good teacher. potential as a teacher, and one trick that can quickly improve your impression score is to always smile.

(4) Don’t give up until the end

Maybe your written test score is not very good, but the chance of counterattack in the interview is very high. Maybe your interview did not perform normally, but Maybe your group's scores are generally not high. For example, I didn’t do well in the interview at East Lake High-tech Zone. It might have been my first interview. I was a little nervous (but I still kept smiling, so this is very important) and I didn’t finish speaking, which meant that I timed out again. ?i?n?i... After the interview, I was very sad and had no hope, so when I saw the word "pre-recorded", I... (?Д?#). So if you haven’t seen the admission list, please don’t give up.

Unknowingly, Luo Libasuo wrote a lot. In short, you are already very good if you can enter XXX. Your excellent people have created this excellent collective. I am very grateful to every teacher and every student here for making me what I am today. Thank you.
