But starting a business is far more difficult than imagined. In the first month of its establishment, the company only received one order and earned 2,000 yuan. In the following months, a series of troubles ensued due to lack of funds, few personnel, and low credibility. In the end, not only did the salesman leave, but the other two shareholders could no longer hold on. One went to Beijing and the other to Shenzhen, and the company was dissolved.

To start a business, you must first get a job

“If you want to get rich, you must first get rich.” After the failure of this entrepreneurial venture, Zhu Zenghui chose to go south and start a 4A advertising company in Shenzhen. I became a salesman and planned to make a comeback after learning the experience, so I worked very hard. With his smart mind and hard work, Zhu Zenghui's advertising performance gradually surpassed his colleagues and even his supervisor two months later. Seven months later, he became the company's marketing director.

After accumulating some business and management experience, Zhu Zenghui resigned and returned to Changsha, reset himself and joined an intellectual property agency as a salesperson.
