As the largest rubber products enterprise in China, it is the former chairman unit of rubber products branch of China Rubber Industry Association. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the company has been designated by the state to develop and produce military rubber products, undertaking supporting production tasks in aerospace, aviation, warships, chariots, missiles, communication satellites, nuclear industry and other fields.
