Fourth, registration and preliminary examination

(1) Registration:

1. Registration time: March 13 to March 15, 2023 (on-site registration time is 9:00- 12:00 on working days,13: 00-17.

2. Registration place:No. KLOC-0/87, West Section of Jiangbei Avenue, Bazhou District, Bazhong City, Office 507, Bazhong City Ecological Environment Bureau.

3. Registration method: This registration takes the form of on-site registration. Applicants download Attachment 2 "Application Form for Public Recruitment of Auxiliary Post Staff of Bazhong Ecological Environment Bureau" (hereinafter referred to as "Application Form") in the recruitment announcement of the portal website of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau or the portal website of Bazhong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and fill in relevant information truthfully.

Applicants shall submit three copies of the registration form (including one-inch recent color bareheaded photos and electronic photos in jpg format, 10KB to 30KB) and valid copies of relevant qualification certificates such as resident ID card (including front and back), graduation certificate and degree certificate to the registration place.

4. Each candidate is limited to one examination position.

5. Preliminary qualification examination.

The preliminary qualification examination shall be undertaken by the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Bazhong City, and the preliminary qualification examination shall be conducted simultaneously with the registration of candidates, and the deadline shall be March, 2023 17:00.

Candidates who pass the preliminary examination will be notified by phone or SMS.

(2) Examination

This exam is divided into written test and interview (in which: drivers and office printing posts are skill tests and interviews, and office affairs and office conference service posts only participate in interviews), which are calculated according to the full score of 100, and finally ranked according to the total score (in which: total score of drivers and office printing posts = skill test ×70%+ interview score ×30%, office affairs and office conference service posts =

The proportion of post examination is 1:2. For positions that fail to reach the proportion of post examination, the employment plan of the position will be reduced or cancelled according to the registration situation, and an announcement will be made on the website of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment in time.

1. written test content: the written test is a closed-book test, and the written test score is 100%. The contents of the examination are: public knowledge, law, ecological environment and other professional knowledge (or related professional knowledge).

2. Time and place of written test: to be determined, subject to the written test admission ticket.

3. Publication of written test results: The written test (skill test) results are published on the portal website of Bazhong City Ecological Environment Bureau, and candidates can log on to the website for enquiry.

Candidates who have questions about the written test results, such as missing the test, zero score and other special circumstances, can apply in writing to verify their original written test results in Room 507, Personnel Section, Bazhong Ecological Environment Bureau, with valid resident ID card, application information form and admission ticket within 3 days after the results are announced. Fails to accept, and the verification results are published on the website of Bazhong Ecological Environment Bureau.

4. Qualification review: after sorting the written test scores of candidates, the candidates who enter the interview are determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruitment plans to the number of job interviews 1:2.

If the final written test scores are the same, they will enter the qualification review together.

5. The Personnel Department of Bazhong Ecological Environment Bureau is responsible for the qualification review, and the applicant shall submit the following materials:

(1) Original and photocopy of my ID card, diploma and degree certificate, education background, online verification report of degree letter (recent), driving post certificate and other relevant information.

(2) Those who pass the qualification examination will be issued an interview admission ticket.

Vacancies due to unqualified qualification review or abandonment of candidates will be filled in the order of high score to low score (only once).

6. The interview is conducted in a structured way, which mainly tests the qualities and abilities required by the candidates to perform their duties.

7. Publicity of results: After the interview, the test results will be publicized on the portal website of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment for 3 working days.

8. Relevant requirements: During the examination, candidates are required to take the written test (skill test) and interview at the specified time and place with the admission ticket and the original second-generation ID card. Candidates who miss a certificate or fail to report within the specified time are deemed to have given up the qualification for the examination automatically.

After the interview, the physical examination objects will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of each post 1: 1 (if the total score of the last candidate in a post is the same, the physical examination objects will be determined from high score to low score according to the written test score or skill score), and the list of physical examination objects will be publicized on the portal website of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment for 3 working days.

(3) Physical examination

The physical examination was carried out in a general hospital of Grade II and above.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and other relevant regulations.

Candidates who have doubts about the results of the physical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot may apply for re-examination within 3 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination. Those who fail to apply for a second interview within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

The re-examination is only conducted once, and only the items that have an impact on the physical examination conclusion are re-examined.

Re-examination should be carried out in two or more general hospitals except the original physical examination hospital.

The conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.

Candidates who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place and fail to complete the prescribed medical examination are deemed to have given up automatically.

For those who fail to meet the employment requirements or give up and have vacancies in the physical examination, they will be replenished in turn from high score to low score according to the examination results of the same post (only once).

(4) Investigation

Bazhong City Bureau of Ecology and Environment investigated those who passed the physical examination, including criminal records, political thoughts, professional ethics, work performance, work performance and so on. At the same time, it is necessary to re-examine the qualifications for admission.

Those who do not meet the employment conditions or give up and have vacancies during the inspection period will not be replaced.
