What are the application conditions for Fujian second-class construction engineer?

Apply for qualification

(a) who abide by the law, meet one of the following conditions of China people and citizens, can apply to participate in the two-level construction engineer qualification examination.

1, engineering or engineering economics (including this major and similar majors, see annex 1 for the professional comparison table, the same below), with technical secondary school education or above and engaged in construction management for two years (as of 201/year,1February, 3/kloc-0)

2. Engaged in construction management of construction projects 15 years.

3. Hold the temporary practice certificate of Fujian Provincial Grade II constructor.

(2) Exemption conditions for certain subjects

Those who meet the above conditions (1) 1 or 3 and meet the following conditions may be exempted from the corresponding subjects:

1, with intermediate technical titles or above, and engaged in construction management of construction projects for 15 years, can be exempted from the "Construction Management of Construction Projects";

2, meet one of the following conditions, can be exempted from the "building management" and "building laws and regulations and related knowledge", only to participate in the "professional engineering management and practice" exam:

(1) has senior professional and technical positions in engineering or engineering economy.

(2) Obtain a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 20 years.

(3) Have a bachelor degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years.

(4) Personnel with construction qualification certificate.
