Introduction of Marty (Suzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd.

Marty company was founded in 198 1 year, and the company name is Mitte International Company. At first, I started with the design and production of advanced measuring instruments, and later I devoted myself to the solar photovoltaic industry. 1997 Established the Photovoltaic Division and became the first solar cell manufacturer in Taiwan Province Province. The original measuring instrument department was called the instrument department. In order to cooperate with the expansion of the company's business field, Marty Company changed its English name from Mitte International Company to Mott Industries Company.

Based on Marty's expertise in instruments and solar energy, on the premise of promoting the use of solar energy, Marty set up a power department in 2002 to design and install solar photovoltaic systems to reduce environmental pollution during power generation. In 2003, "the modern technology of the sustainable development world" became Marty's corporate slogan to emphasize our belief in maintaining the sustainable development environment. Since 2004, Marty Instruments has been committed to developing solar inverters, the key components of solar power generation system, and sold the assets of its measuring instruments department to its long-term cooperative customer B&; K Precision Company (B& Company; K company) in order to focus more on the solar energy industry. On May 20 12, Marty further merged the Instrument Division and the Electric Power Division into the Instrument and Electric Power Business Center, and integrated the resources of these two departments to provide more professional and perfect services to customers.

Maudie's headquarters and business departments are located in Taibei and Tainan, and subsidiaries are also established in China, Japan and the United States. We believe that with Marty's core technology and capabilities, it will become the fastest growing company in the region in the future and bring better prospects to the world.

Maudie passed the ISO 1400 1 environmental management system and OHSAS 1800 1 occupational safety and health management system certification on February 20, 2006, becoming the first solar cell manufacturer in Taiwan Province Province to pass both certifications.

Maudie also passed the TOSHMS Taiwan Province occupational safety and health management system certification on June 5th+10/October 5th, 2009.

In 2009, Marty's total output reached 360MW, making him one of the top ten solar cell manufacturers in the world. Maudie (Suzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd. On February 3rd, 2006, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maudie (Suzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd. was established to further consolidate and expand the Chinese mainland market. Marty (Suzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd. is located in the renewable energy industrial base in Kunshan High-tech Zone, Jiangsu Province. In March 2007, it broke ground and was successfully completed and put into operation in September 2008. By the end of 2009, the production capacity will reach 130MW.

In 20 10, the total production capacity of Marty solar cells reached the milestone of 1GW. With such impressive achievements, Marty has been ranked among the top ten solar cell manufacturers in the world for many years. In the same year, we started high-performance module production lines in the United States, Japan and Chinese mainland, so that our customers can enjoy intimate service and excellent cost advantage no matter where they are in the world. In addition, with the advantage of vertical integration, Maudie can effectively monitor the quality control of upstream silicon raw materials, solar cells, modules and rectifiers.
