If Yu Zhensheng got the treasure, he couldn't wait to get to Beijing and paid 8,000 yuan in tuition. Five days later, he returned home happily, bought all the raw materials and started production.

There is a huge market for white marble railings, but the scarcity of white marble stone and the inefficiency of traditional processing methods limit the development of this market. Seeing this, Yu Zhensheng used the house as a mortgage loan of 30,000 yuan and started a second venture.

He hired a casting craftsman, redesigned the model, and constantly improved the production formula. A kind of imitation white marble railing, the surface enamel came out. Because of the river reconstruction, the local government ordered 2000 meters of goods from him. Unexpectedly, however, under the attack of heavy snow in winter, the surface of the railing fell off and was deformed and cracked. The project fell through, and Yu Zhensheng lost tens of thousands of yuan.

The failure of starting a new business has not been knocked down by Zhensheng. He took the product to Beijing Institute of Building Materials for expert guidance and improved the formula. Finally, the product passed the test of National Building Materials Testing Center.

Yu Zhensheng borrowed 30,000 yuan from relatives and friends to restart production. After a year's hard work, Yu Zhensheng's net profit exceeded 10 million yuan. But many units say that his products are not like white marble stone.

After searching for various artificial stone materials, he was interested in a new material in America. However, the price of this product is as high as 6.5438+0.8 million yuan per ton. So he hired two chemists to develop a substitute for this material. After more than 200 days' efforts, the new molding process of the imitation white marble railing assembly line was finally completed. The product is molded once, which improves the work efficiency by 200 times compared with manual carving, the cost is only one twentieth of that of white marble, and the appearance texture strength completely reaches the level of pure natural white marble railing. Yu Zhensheng installed the first batch of products at the entrance of expressway. The installed white marble railing is magnificent.

But after three months, the colors of those simulated white marble railings turned black. Production is once again in crisis. The factory is closed again.

Overcome difficulties and realize dreams

Yu Zhensheng once again came to Beijing Institute of Building Materials with samples on his back. After analysis, he finally understood a problem, that is, there is no artificial stone used for external decoration of buildings at home and abroad. After half a year's research and more than one year's outdoor experiment, the simulation white marble railing with stable performance was finally developed.

On this basis, he also developed blank products in the market, such as simulated white marble sculpture door lion series, simulated marble kerbs series, and large-scale perspective relief simulated white marble fence railings. From June 5438 to October 2003 10, the simulated white marble decorative railing obtained the national patent certificate.

In the domestic market, the 1 meter-high white marble lion-head railing is sold in 800 yuan every meter, and the simulation cost is only in 60 yuan; The price of a pair of 2-meter-high white marble door lions is 30,000 yuan, and the imitation is only 1 10,000 yuan; The cost per meter of the simulated white marble railing is 25 yuan, and the price is 130 yuan, and the annual profit can reach 500,000 yuan; The annual profit of a large-scale simulated landscape embossed fence railing with a height of two meters can reach 1.8 million yuan.

Due to the inconvenient transportation of the simulated white marble railings, Yu Zhensheng decided to join the manufacturers nationwide. At present, investors from Inner Mongolia, Guizhou and other places have joined to set up factories, which has made a lot of profits. In the new year, Yu Zhensheng said that 15 franchisees will be re-authorized to build a "modern aircraft carrier simulating the series of white marble railings" and win both economic and social benefits.
