How many Delphi are there in China?

Since 1993 entered the China market, Delphi has established a wide local distribution in China, with more than 20 operation bases including technology centers, production bases and customer service centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Changchun, Baicheng, Shenyang, Yantai, Suzhou, Nantong, Wuhan, Wuhu and Chengdu. At present, Delphi has about 26,800 employees in China.

In 20 14- 14, Ai Bobin, senior vice president and president of Asia-Pacific region of Delphi, won the title of "Honorary Citizen of Shanghai" and received the certificate symbolizing the highest honor of foreigners in Shanghai from Yang Xiong, the mayor of Shanghai, becoming the only foreign executive from the auto parts industry who has won this honor so far. Since the establishment of 1989, only 37 people have been awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of Shanghai".

Mr. Ai Bobin 1995 came to Shanghai, personally brought Delphi to Shanghai, and led Delphi to continuously invest and develop in China. At present, the Asia-Pacific operation headquarters of all divisions of the company have settled in Shanghai. In 20 14, Delphi Electronic and Electrical Systems Division (Delphi Parker) successfully moved its global headquarters to Shanghai with annual sales income of 8 billion US dollars. Previously, it won the Shanghai Magnolia Memorial Award (2004) and the Shanghai Magnolia Honorary Award (2007).
