What qualifications do I need to apply for double soft certification?

To apply for double soft certification, enterprises need to meet two basic conditions, one is software enterprise certification, and the other is software product registration. Double soft certification certifies the qualifications of software products and enterprises according to relevant policies and regulations. The purpose of double soft certification is to encourage the development of software industry and improve the development environment of software enterprises in China. Only when these two conditions are met can double soft certification be carried out. What are the main conditions for enterprises to pass through double soft certification?

1. For a resident enterprise legally registered in China, the year of enterprise registration and the year of application must be different.

2. The number of employees who have signed a labor contract relationship and have a college degree or above accounts for not less than 40% of the average monthly total number of employees of the enterprise in that year, and the proportion of R&D personnel in the average monthly total number of employees of the enterprise in that year is not less than 20%.

3. The proportion of enterprise software product development and sales (business) income to the total enterprise income is generally not less than 50% (the proportion of embedded software products and information system integration products development and sales (business) income to the total enterprise income is not less than 40%). The proportion of independent development and sales (business) income of software products to the total income of enterprises is generally not less than 40%.

4. The main business has independent intellectual property rights.

5. Have a development environment such as software and hardware facilities suitable for software development.

Double soft certification needs to prepare materials:

1. List of certification materials for software products

(1) Copy of business license and ID card of enterprise as a legal person.

(2) Effective proof of intellectual property rights (at least one software copyright)

(3) Test reports issued by relevant testing institutions (enterprises need to cooperate with software product testing and product performance reporting, etc.). )

(4) Software product sales certificate (software product sales contract and corresponding invoice)

(5) Other materials (including qualification certification materials such as enterprise awards)

2. List of materials provided by software enterprise certification

(1) Copy of enterprise license (with official seal), in which the system integration software enterprise shall provide a copy of information system integration and service qualification certificate (with official seal);

(2) A list of software products developed and operated by the enterprise (including software products developed and sold by the enterprise agent), and valid proof materials of independent intellectual property rights of software copyright in the main business of the enterprise;

(3) Application for evaluation of the number of employees, educational background structure and the number of R&D personnel in the previous year, and the notice of paying social insurance premiums in Beijing (town) in February of last year (20 16) signed by the social security department (corresponding materials for the enterprise acceptance date 1 month less than one year);
