2. Talent introduction methods and quotas

3. Talent recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions

1. Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

2. Be progressive in thinking, of good quality, abide by laws and regulations, be dedicated to work, and obey organizational arrangements;

3. Have good moral character and professional ethics;

4. Good health ;

5. Meet the requirements of the position.

Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register:

(2) Qualifications

1. Educational (degree) requirements.

Graduates with a master’s degree or above who are enrolled in a national unified program must obtain a graduation certificate and degree certificate before registering.

The majors on the graduation certificate must be consistent with the job requirements, and the corresponding degree certificate must be obtained. The major requirements are set in accordance with the major database of the "China Graduate Admissions Information Network".

Applicants whose majors are not listed in the catalog (including graduate majors independently established by universities, professional graduate majors, and majors with overseas academic degrees, etc.) will be identified by the department responsible for qualification review.

2. Age requirements.

Doctoral candidates must be 40 years old or below (born in February 1982 or later), and master’s degree candidates must be 30 years old or below (born in February 1992 or later).

2. Registration method

This public introduction of high-level talents will be conducted through online registration.

3. Preliminary review of qualifications and result inquiry

Two working days after submitting the application, applicants can log in to the original registration website to check the results of the preliminary review of qualifications.

Those who pass the preliminary qualification review cannot apply for other positions; those who have not been reviewed or failed to pass the preliminary qualification review before 18:00 on February 26, 2023, can modify their personal information or apply for other positions; February 2023 During the period from 18:00 on February 26 to 18:00 on February 28, 2023, if the application fails to pass the preliminary qualification review, you can no longer modify your personal information or apply for other positions.

4. Online payment

Applicants who have passed the qualification review should pay online before 18:00 on February 28, 2023 according to the payment method prompted online. The payment standard is 50 yuan. .

Anyone who fails to pay the fee on time will be deemed to have automatically given up the exam.

5. Change the position

If the number of applicants does not reach the number of talent introduction positions 3:1, the number of talent introduction positions will be reduced accordingly so that the number of applicants and the number of talent introduction positions reach 3 : 1; If the number of talent introduction positions is reduced to 1, and the number of applicants and the number of talent introduction positions still does not reach 3:1, the talent introduction position will be cancelled, and the applicants can apply for other same professional positions instead.

6. Examination fee reduction and exemption

People from households that have been lifted out of poverty, people from households that are prone to return to poverty, urban subsistence allowance recipients and rural subsistence allowance recipients can enjoy the policy of exemption or reduction of examination fees.

(3) Examination and qualification review

1. Written examination

If the number of applicants exceeds the number of recruitment positions, the ratio is 5:1 (including 5:1) , then take the written test first.

2. Qualification review
