(3) Returned overseas students who have obtained a degree abroad and completed the qualification certification of the education department, and returned overseas students who have obtained a degree abroad and completed the qualification certification of the education department and have not implemented the work unit.
2. 5. The calculation method of the work experience time required for the recruitment position is: the previous accumulated working time is 1 year every 12 months. Social practice (internship) experience during school can not be regarded as work experience.
6. If there are specific requirements for household registration in post conditions, the location of household registration shall prevail. Full-time graduate students and full-time fresh graduates are not subject to household registration restrictions.
7. Candidates are not allowed to apply, which constitutes a recruitment position in avoidance relationship. Avoidance relationship refers to the candidates who have husband-wife relationship, lineal consanguineous relationship, collateral consanguineous relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship with the person in charge of the employing unit as stipulated in Article 41 of the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions of Hebei Province, and are not allowed to apply for positions such as secretary, personnel, finance, discipline inspection, etc. of the person in charge of the unit, as well as positions with direct superior-subordinate leadership. When handling employment matters, the person in charge of the employing unit and the recruitment staff should also withdraw if they are involved in the above-mentioned kinship or other matters that may affect the fairness of recruitment.
