What is pmp management?

Pmp is the qualification certification of project management professionals.

PMP refers to the qualification certification of project management professionals. Initiated by project management institute (PMI), it strictly evaluates whether the knowledge and skills of project managers have high-quality qualification examinations.

Its purpose is to provide unified industry standards for project managers. At present, the certification examinations set up by American Institute of Project Management include: PMP (project management division) and CAPM (Project Management Assistant), and certification examination institutions have been set up in more than 90 countries and regions around the world.

registration requirement

Candidates must have more than 35 hours of PMBOK study or training experience in project management, and produce copies of relevant certificates.

Applicants must have one of the following two situations:

Category I: those with bachelor's degree or equivalent university education or above.

The applicant has at least 4500 hours of project management experience in the five major project management processes, and has accumulated at least 36 months of project management experience in the six years before the application date.

Note: When calculating the project management month, the required 36 months are not overlapped and separated.

Category II: those who do not have a bachelor's degree or equivalent university education or below.

The applicant has at least 7500 hours of project management experience in the five major project management processes, and accumulated at least 60 months of project management experience in the eight years before the application date.
