What are the main contents of the position of DCS chief operator recruited by lubricant manufacturers, and what conditions and qualifications do you need to apply for?

This work has the following three points:

1, responsible for inputting operation instructions into DCS control system in turn according to production process requirements.

2. According to the production process, command the site to cooperate with the linkage operation to ensure the smooth completion of blending.

3. Cooperate with the automatic control operation of the filling line

The following five conditions are required:

1, 23 years old or above, technical secondary school degree or above, major in chemical automation is preferred, proficient in computer operation, able to troubleshoot general software.

2. Have more than two years of DCS operation experience in lubricating oil plant, good safety awareness, emergency response ability and good psychological quality.

3. Be familiar with the production process of lubricating oil, have a strong concept of quantity and quality, be good at analysis, fully combine the performance of DCS system and field equipment, and take effective measures to ensure the high accuracy of the quantity of oil blending materials.

4, sensitive to digital consciousness, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under certain pressure and accept temporary overtime arrangements.

5. Good communication and coordination skills, sense of collective honor and team spirit.
