What should QE engineers do?

QE is the abbreviation of English (Quality Engineer), which means Quality Engineer. Engaged in research, management, supervision, inspection, inspection, analysis and appraisal of technical quality and service quality. A, the main contents of the quality engineer's work are as follows:

1, process quality control capability and quality improvement analysis;

2. Participate in new product development and trial production, and make new product plans;

3. Formulate quality inspection specifications for incoming materials, semi-finished products and finished products (assisting projects);

4. Explain and implement quality control techniques and skills. Responsible for guiding the work of quality inspectors;

5. Assist the quality manager and help the third-party manufacturers;

6. Abnormal quality research;

7. Formation of boundary samples;

8. Investigate the causes of customer complaints, and track and confirm the results;

9. Dependency testing and result reporting.

Second, the quality engineer job requirements:

1, college degree or above, major in machinery, electronics and other related fields is preferred;

2. More than 5 years working experience and 2 years working experience in PQA;

3. Familiar with ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization (ISO)) quality management system; Understand the operation method of ISO9000 quality system in enterprises; Familiar with the use of quality management tools and methods;

4, serious and responsible work, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, qualified internal auditors are preferred.
