Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter III Organization
Article 11 A school shall set up a board of directors and a board of supervisors. It is composed of shareholders and school representatives, and directors and supervisors cannot serve concurrently.
Article 12 The school implements the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors, with a principal and a vice-principal. The headmaster is proposed by the board of directors and appointed by the school board of directors after the qualification examination of the Municipal Education Bureau. The client shall exercise the following functions and powers:
(a) to organize the implementation of the resolutions of the school board;

(5) Other powers granted by the school board of directors.
Article 13 A school shall set up a board of supervisors. The Board of Supervisors shall work under the leadership of the Board of Directors and exercise the following functions and powers:
(a) to inspect and supervise the financial affairs of the school, consider the income and expenditure of major funds of the school, and put forward suggestions or problems for improvement to the board of directors;
(two) to evaluate and supervise the performance of directors, principals and other personnel;
(three) to ask questions to the board of directors or the principal about the problems strongly reflected by the faculty and students;
(four) to supervise and evaluate the quality of school education;
(5) The chairman of the board of supervisors may attend board meetings as nonvoting delegates or entrust other members to attend meetings as nonvoting delegates.
