1. One original and two-sided copy of our business license (foreign-funded enterprises also need one original and one copy of approval certificate);

2. Official seal of the unit;

3. Original and photocopy of the ID cards of the legal representative and agent of the unit 1 copy;

4. Old code certificate (all originals and copies, except the applicant);

5.IC card (except for units that have not been processed).

6. Copy of the code certificate of the superior organization (superior company). (Optional in some regions)
