Three orthopedics have been established into five orthopedics. I am fortunate to be the director of the Department of Orthopaedics X soon. I feel that I can live up to expectations and be able to hold this position. My personal self-evaluation is as follows:
First, I have a relatively solid theoretical expertise. As the ancients said, "Reading thousands of books is the beginning of magical power"
Since I joined the work, I have always asked myself to read extensively, extensively absorb new knowledge and information from all sides, study hard and think more, and constantly enrich myself and improve myself. I have written four papers, two of which were published in journals and two in provincial journals. Have a full understanding of the basic theory of bone injury in traditional Chinese medicine, and be able to fully grasp the lower-level doctors' manipulation of bone setting and external fixation with small splints, and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
Second, the attitude towards work has always been rigorous and practical.
The requirements of clinical orthopedics work are rigorous, scientific and fair, so in the past work process, I can always be strict with myself, complete every operation with a pragmatic and responsible attitude, and require every patient to complete a detailed and scientific diagnosis and treatment.
Third, I have rich working experience.
I have been working in clinic since I joined the work year, and I have accumulated rich experience in orthopedics, especially in chromatography theory knee and ankle joint surgery, which can effectively solve complex and difficult problems in my work and skillfully operate foot and ankle joint surgery.
Fourth, I have some experience in the management of orthopedic departments under the cultivation and support of hospital leaders.
I will do a good job in the following aspects in the Department of Bone X.
(1) Establish a standardized and perfect department management system. It is a new challenge for me personally to carry out this work. I will meet this new challenge with my full work enthusiasm, consistent study and research spirit and my always rigorous and serious work attitude. However, whenever a new job starts with standardization, there will be a relatively high starting point, and a good beginning is half the battle. I am going to let orthopedics start with establishing a standardized and perfect management system.
(2), do a good job of coordination and communication. The work of a new department can not be carried out without the guidance and support of the leaders and the assistance and care of other departments, which means that I must coordinate all aspects of work, communicate with the leaders more, timely and accurately convey the decisions and instructions led to the departments, and strictly implement them; At the same time, we should also communicate with colleagues in other departments to support and learn from each other. If you have any difficult questions, we should consult you, discuss and improve together.
(3) Keep learning and making progress. It is a brand-new job for me to specialize in foot and ankle joints, which requires me to start from scratch, start new learning and improvement on the basis of a solid theory in the past, learn from books, learn from knowledgeable colleagues, learn from experts and scholars from other units, and learn from practical work. Strive to build a "knee and ankle" specialty, consolidate the new technology of "knee replacement", and plan to gradually carry out patellar replacement and orthopedic surgery for old calcaneal fractures.
(4), let the department create benefits and seek benefits for the staff of the department. Clarify the authority relationship of department management, implement the intention of hospital party committee and leaders, make up your mind to fully implement cost and quantitative management in the department, establish and improve the reward mechanism, focus on encouraging outstanding talents, encourage innovative talents, support reserve talents, and resolutely break the idea of "eating from the same pot" and egalitarianism. Constantly improve the assessment system, and form an "assessment chain" in terms of medical ethics and task assessment. From the director, deputy director, head nurse, attending physician, resident doctor and nurse, a hierarchical responsibility system is implemented, and rights and responsibilities are organically combined. In addition to basic wage subsidies, labor wages are fully linked to performance, and a certain proportion of assessment funds are assessed monthly and cashed quarterly. At the end of the year, the business completion is directly proportional to the cash rate of the assessment funds. In this way, it can stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of department staff, enhance the cohesion of department staff, form a benign competitive atmosphere, and provide inexhaustible motive force for the construction and development of disciplines.

Hello, I'm xxx, the director of the orthopedics department. On behalf of more than 2 medical staff in our department, I'm here to report the past development and future planning of orthopedics department to the leaders of the whole hospital and brother departments.
The Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology in our hospital is a key specialty of traditional Chinese medicine in Xiangyang city and a key specialty construction unit of traditional Chinese medicine in Hubei Province in the 12th Five-Year Plan. In the spirit of the Party's "Ten X Congress", we adhered to the objectives and tasks of discipline construction, and in the spirit of our hospital's motto of "unity, pragmatism, dedication and innovation", highlighting the characteristics and grasping the key points, and through the unremitting efforts of all medical staff in the department, we successfully completed the work plan set at the beginning of the year, and by the end of November 212. Among them, there were more than 73 surgical patients and nearly 2 large-scale operations, with a total business income of more than 6.7 million yuan. The utilization rate of beds can reach over 9%.
in order to ensure the smooth and stable promotion of all the tasks of discipline construction, and with the belief of "being the leading department of Chinese medicine hospital", our department will make plans at the hospital development forum, and welcome leaders and colleagues to give advice and discuss with each other, and strive for development and go hand in hand. The development plan of our department in recent years is listed as follows:
According to the relevant clinical pathway formulated by our department in recent years, we treat knee osteoarthritis, lumbar disc herniation and distal radius fracture, so that the treatment and fees are standardized and systematic.
Second, through talent training and talent introduction, the talent echelon structure is more reasonable. According to the needs of professional development and talent echelon construction, according to personal expertise, 1-2 doctors are sent to higher-level hospitals for short-term study for 1-3 months every year, and at the same time, learning exchanges outside the hospital are strengthened. In recent years, many people have participated in orthopedic academic conferences and training courses inside and outside provinces and cities, broadening their horizons, improving their business and management level, and promoting the development of scientific research. Care about the young doctors newly introduced in hospitals in recent years, and do the work of "passing, helping and bringing", so that they can grow up quickly and prepare materials for the department.
third, introduce new equipment and constantly develop new technologies. Eleven cases of joint replacement and eight cases of skin flap repair in our department this year were all successful. Among them, the new business includes 1 case of knee replacement and 1 case of shoulder replacement. In addition, our department also successfully carried out a hemiarthroplasty independently. Two cases of intervertebral disc herniation were treated by ozone injection under the guidance of C-arm, and the clinical response was very good. However, due to the limitation of equipment, the department has shrunk its feet in the scope of business development, resulting in a slightly slow pace. After careful and long-term consideration, it is planned to declare the purchase of knee arthroscope and radiofrequency ablation therapeutic instrument in the near future, so as to facilitate the treatment of superior diseases such as intra-knee fractures, ligament injuries and lumbar disc herniation. In the coming year, it is planned to independently carry out total hip replacement and shoulder replacement, nucleus pulposus removal and vertebral body fusion for cervical disc herniation. The addition of new equipment and the introduction of new technology can broaden the scope and mode of operation, expand the influence of our department in orthopedics specialty inside and outside the county, and accelerate the pace of pursuing medical frontier fields.
4. Pay attention to clinical and basic research. At present, the scientific research project entitled "Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with High-concentration Ozone Injection and Traditional Chinese Medicine" in our department has been approved by the County Science and Technology Bureau, and we will strive to complete the project within two years and achieve results. Give full play to and tap the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bone injuries and osteopathy, increase the application of ointment, pill and pill powder in specialties, and strive to achieve special prescriptions for special diseases. In 2xx, "Jiegu Ointment" and "Shujin Huoluo Ointment" jointly developed by our department and preparation room were well received by many patients because of their remarkable effects, which improved the external treatment rate of traditional Chinese medicine. Next, our department encourages and supports the academic research of medical staff, and formulates policies and incentive mechanisms to encourage medical staff to publish papers in provincial or journals.

There are still some non-TCM doctors who have not completed the task of using Chinese herbal pieces prescribed by the hospital. The ratio of herbal medicine to self-made medicine is not always well regulated, mainly because people are not aware of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, and they do not understand the spirit of the hospital's repeated emphasis on the regulation of the ratio of self-made medicine. Great improvement is needed in the coming year. It is proposed to establish a reward and punishment system to improve the utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine and reduce the proportion of drug income in departments.
At present, there are still some problems, such as the untimely writing of medical records, and the patient's medical records have not been handed in for several months after discharge, which need further improvement. Doctors hope to implement information system, electronic medical records and paperless office as soon as possible to improve work efficiency.
