Therefore, it is difficult for migrant workers to find employment opportunities in this area.

The second is the change of market demand of migrant workers. Migrant workers generally have low academic qualifications and cultural literacy, and are suitable for coolies, such as manual manufacturing, intensive assembly enterprises, logistics and distribution industries, construction industries and other industries that do not require technology.

Among them, migrant workers are a cheap labor market. At the beginning of China's reform and opening up, a large amount of foreign capital was introduced, and the market demand for migrant workers was very great. At that time, it was easy for migrant workers to enter enterprises to work, forming a wave of migrant workers. With the passage of time, China's economic construction has achieved rapid development, and the new requirements of enterprise development have brought new changes, all of which are developing in the direction of informationization, mechanization, intelligence, quality and service, and the market for migrant workers will be saturated and declining.

The main problem of architecture comes from the fact that real estate development is gradually on the right track and blind development is reduced. In addition, some large housing enterprises, such as Evergrande, are heavily in debt and forced to stop work. In the northwest and northeast, construction workers have nothing to do in winter due to climate reasons. Many northern cities, such as Tianjin, Yong, Jin and Lu Yu, have issued winter shutdown orders, mainly for environmental protection and air pollution, so mining and steel construction enterprises have an impact, which is also the main reason for the unemployment of migrant workers.

Third, the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic. Unconsciously, the epidemic situation in COVID-19 has affected the normal development of all walks of life for several years, causing many enterprises to lose orders and stop production, and a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises are in a state of silence, which is even worse for the market demand of migrant workers.
