Tongliao Vocational College, located in Horqin Grassland, Inner Mongolia, was established in 24. It was formed by the merger of the former Zhemeng Normal School, Zhemeng Health School, Zhemeng Education College and Tongliao Radio and TV University Branch in Inner Mongolia.

College is the only comprehensive higher vocational college in Tongliao, which focuses on higher vocational education, covers secondary vocational education, and takes into account the educational functions of adult correspondence and RTVU.

Tongliao Vocational College is the first full-time comprehensive higher vocational college in our city approved by document No.129 (24) of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education.

It was formed by the merger of Tongliao Education College, Tongliao Branch of Inner Mongolia TV University and Tongliao Health School. Now it is composed of headquarters, west area and north area.
