According to the website of Chaozhou Municipal People's Government of Guangdong Province, the abutment of Chaozhou Guangji Building was restored to its original height after reconstruction, and the cement bearing columns on the second floor were restored to stone pillars. Restore the wood and stone structure in the third and fourth floors and cancel the cement structure. The four windows were changed into lattice doors, which reflected the characteristics of Chaozhou ancient buildings and the rough style of urban defense buildings.
