Nurse Practice 1 Reporter: Zhong Nursing 10386 Yang * *

Internship time: 20xx June 1 day to 20xx February 1 day.

Internship location: Huaxi District People's Hospital, Guiyang City

Objective: To consolidate and strengthen theoretical knowledge through clinical practice.

Internship task: to further understand and master various basic clinical theories and techniques and specialized nursing techniques. "Nursing is the ultimate science based on natural science and society, which studies nursing theory, knowledge, technology and its development law in the process of preventing health care, treating diseases and restoring health", "Nursing aims at improving people's quality of life on the basis of respecting the needs and integrity of others"; The task is to promote health, prevent diseases, restore health and relieve pain. This is what the head teacher said to our group of freshmen who just stepped on the nursing threshold when they first entered the campus gate. At that time, she said: No matter you stand in any nursing-related industry post in the future, you should remember this. I still remember when she was about to leave school, she also said: When you enter this threshold, unless you don't want to quit, you must always be prepared to keep one foot on the ground and one foot on the hell. Because since you chose to study medicine, you have been a member of this industry. After joining the company, you will always take the patient's life in your own hands. A little negligence may make you regret it for life and even ruin a family.

From then on, internship is a kind of expectation, an expectation of one's own growth, an expectation of one's role change and an expectation of one's dreams. Learning, there is also a fear, lack of confidence in themselves, fear that they can not adapt to the new environment, but also fear that they will be at a loss.

I came to Huaxi District People's Hospital with a hope and a loss, and started an eight-month internship. Since then, my identity has changed from a student to an intern nurse, my living environment has changed from a school to a hospital, and my contacts have changed from teachers and classmates to doctors, nurses and patients. For these three changes, how to be a qualified intern nurse, although the teacher has given us thousands of instructions, I am still uneasy and uncomfortable, afraid of being scolded by the teaching teacher, afraid that I am worse than others, and I don't know where to start. ...

During my internship in the hospital, according to the careful arrangement of the nursing department, I carried out rotating internships in pediatrics, emergency department, cardiology, neurology, brain surgery, general surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, supply room and other departments.

On the first day I came to the hospital, I secretly encouraged myself: Yang Yaqi, you can do it! You can adapt to the internship life, and you can do well!

So I entered the first round of pediatrics. I thought I could get used to it as soon as I encouraged myself in the past, but the reality really poured cold water on me, feeling that I didn't know why I was in a daze and what to do, and when the teacher gave me some simple operations, I was deeply impressed because I didn't know that I was the first internship department and didn't know where to start.

Blame yourself for not studying hard at school. Teacher Zhang Zhenglan, who took me, not only didn't give up on me, but told me the importance of operation technology and helped me find exercise opportunities. It was the teacher who inspired my internship enthusiasm again and made me regain my confidence in myself. I really appreciate the teacher's concern for me, and I will redouble my efforts to live up to the teacher's expectations!

In this way, I came to the department of theology with the enthusiasm of internship and confidence in myself. Theologically, most of the patients accepted by this department are middle-aged and elderly people. Compared with the previous internship departments, theology is very busy. Because of many clinical operations and strict aseptic concept, I feel great pressure on myself. When I do anti-mattress care for patients who have been in bed for a long time, I am always afraid that my skin will break due to excessive force. Infusion to elderly patients will accidentally break the patient's blood vessels, and the patient's family will blame it.

Fortunately, my teacher Gao Yeqin soon found my problem. And adopted the teaching method of teaching by example, letting go and not watching, which made me familiar with all the links in the department and learned what I couldn't learn from books. I don't understand knowledge without practical operation in clinic.

After staying in internal medicine for a while, I went to brain surgery. The patients in internal medicine are mainly old problems, most of which are invisible to the naked eye. It should be just a small problem. If it is found to be serious, it will be cured slowly. Surgery, on the other hand, is a substantial injury to the human body that can be seen by the naked eye, such as fractures and knife wounds.

The first time I saw a patient come to sew a needle, I heard the chief surgeon Chen Gui explain to me: I almost hurt my lungs by stabbing into my body from the scapula, but fortunately I didn't break my ribs, otherwise there would be a danger of pulmonary hemorrhage. While listening to the doctor's explanation, I watched the injured man's back oozing and his hands trembled involuntarily. Under the oral guidance of the doctor, I helped the injured to dry the oozing blood, and the doctor sewed the needle. At the same time, the doctor told me that blood and wounds are the most common things in surgery. Don't be afraid to see such a situation, be bold and cautious, and make no mistakes quickly. The faster the speed, the more hope can be won for patients.

Now, I am still full of expectation and fear for the internship. I'm looking forward to it, because internship is an opportunity to combine theory with practice. It is very fresh and interesting to apply the theory I have studied for two years to clinic. Then, if you want to operate on a patient, if you really want to see the essence of the disease through the symptoms, but you have no bottom in your heart, you will inevitably be scared. I have also asked many interns, and they all have different opinions. In short, just like drinking water, you know it. But one thing is clear: the real way to master and apply knowledge is to apply it to practice, and to verify and consolidate what you have learned with practice. Learn how to communicate with patients and teachers. Being bad at contacting and communicating with people is one of my weaknesses. That kind of timidity and unnaturalness will make me lose many learning opportunities, so I think communication is also an art, and learning it well will benefit you a lot. After nearly five months of internship, I also had such an experience. Here, I have summarized the following points:

First, the role transformation problem:

When I first started my internship, I didn't understand many things. Although I have had a probation period before, I still feel lack of confidence when it comes to actual operation. Will I make a mistake? What if I did something wrong? Always timid in doing things, plus being with me.

All the students who have worked as interns have performed well for some time. I think teachers like them and let them do everything. It seems that it's not my turn to do anything yet. They blindly follow the basic care and follow the operation every day. I want to say let me try, but I'm afraid of making mistakes. So I think the role change is a hurdle, and I must work hard to overcome it. The method mainly depends on initiative. I found that teachers are happy to teach as long as they ask questions and put forward operational requirements on their own initiative. You can't wait for the teacher to ask for something like in school.

Second, the theoretical knowledge:

I used to be a student, and the school is student-centered. Chinese-style education has always been spoon-feeding: passively accepting so much knowledge, although I have taken the exam so many times, it seems that all the knowledge in my mind is gone now, so I have to keep flipping through books. When I was speechless under the teacher's questions again and again, I realized that my memory was shallow, and memories without time were like footprints on the beach. At that time, it looked very profound. Obviously, I could not bear the cleaning of time.

Three, aseptic concept and standardized operation:

During the surgical practice, every teacher emphasized the concept of sterility. So I deeply understood the concept of sterility and followed it unconsciously during the operation. And standardized operation is really a very conservative and safe practice! As for new methods and innovative thinking, we must be familiar with the situation.

Fourth, smile service:

Here, I see smiling faces, all of which are particularly beautiful and lovely, which makes me feel that if I were a patient, I would choose to live here without hesitation. Therefore, I also ask myself not to bring emotions to work, and keep a sunny smile every day to make patients feel warm!

Five, brave exercise:

In the face of patients, especially surgical patients, it is common to see blood, and when patients groan in pain, especially during surgery, their hearts will always be in their throats, so being careful and tying their hands behind their backs will bring more pain to patients. Therefore, you should be more bold and exercise more. My goal is to be bold and cautious, and only accurate and quick can solve the patient's pain as soon as possible.

In a word, these eight months are a process of adaptation, and many shortcomings need to be improved. This is a learning process, and many concepts have been revised. Although I am very tired, I believe I can overcome it. This is just what I learned during my internship. In the future, you need to explore constantly after you set foot on your job, and you must put forward some requirements for yourself in order to gain something.

The internship is coming to an end, and I deeply understand that doing a good job in nursing includes not only good nursing skills, rigorous and serious work attitude, but also selfless care and patient and meticulous care for patients. Be a qualified nursing worker, the "angels in white" of the people!

How time flies! In a blink of an eye, I will soon end my internship in four departments: internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and pediatrics. Looking back on these days, I believe everyone has a taste of their own in their hearts. Practicing in pediatrics for nearly a month, I have benefited a lot, but I am about to leave the department. The teachers in our department attach great importance to our weekly internship.

First, we should understand family members, correctly handle the relationship between nurses and patients, do a good job of explanation and comfort, and say "I'm sorry" more, which means that family members also understand the work of pediatric nurses and reduce unnecessary misunderstandings or excessive behaviors. Under the guidance of the teacher, I have basically mastered the nursing of some common diseases in pediatrics and some basic operations. Especially for children's scalp needle puncture technology, I have been learning, and I am also summing up my experience. I can be diligent in observation, be good at observing the condition of children, grasp the changes of the condition in time, and make accurate judgments. In a word, I think I learned a lot in this internship. Although I am only a student, maybe my ability is limited, I use my efforts to enrich my knowledge and skills. I hope to send patients away healthily with my smile, and I am eager to grow up in my study and really be a angels in white who sings silently and flies hard.

Secondly, the complex taste of this surgical internship may only be experienced by people who have experienced it personally. That kind of ups and downs, no matter what the taste, are quite memorable. Of course, it is more important to know a lot of things that can't be learned in books and meet a few good friends. Maybe this is more valuable than books.

Under the careful guidance of the teacher, through continuous efforts, the internship in the Department of Cardiology soon ended and achieved remarkable results. First of all, in terms of basic theory, reviewing the past has strengthened consolidation and improvement; Secondly, I learned new knowledge and treatment methods in clinical practice. Anyway. After heart practice, I have a new understanding and improvement of the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases, and learned the knowledge and skills to deal with sudden diseases. I will definitely apply what I have learned to my future work. I will never forget my teacher's teaching and keep learning and making progress.

It has been half a month since I entered the internship of cardiology, and the new year has just passed. I feel that there is not much increase in cardiology now. Stepping into the department, I met many people and touched many things. It also made me see some people's faces clearly. In other words, is it an internship, which means that you have begun to contact half of society?

Departments, whether doctors, nurses, patients, patients' families. Different classes, different ways of doing things. Makes people think a lot. People around you may think they know him well, but they don't. Maybe once people know each other better, they will feel even more terrible. Because everyone always has their own shortcomings, when you can't tolerate each other's shortcomings, or others can't tolerate your shortcomings. The world will become complicated, and life, study and work will be everywhere.

The internship report can't fully express the problems I encountered in my work, but I will attach great importance to every internship opportunity in the future.

In internal medicine, I am law-abiding, abide by the rules and regulations of hospitals and hospital departments, respect teachers, unite students, be strict with myself, and strive not to be late, not to leave early, not to be absent from work for no reason, and not to leave without authorization. Treat patients affably, with a correct attitude, and strive to apply the theoretical knowledge and basic skills learned to practice. In this process, I constantly sum up my learning methods and clinical experience, strive to improve my ability to think independently, solve problems independently and work independently, and constantly cultivate my lofty thoughts and good professional ethics of serving the people wholeheartedly.

I strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital during my internship in internal medicine. Seriously perform the duties of nurse interns, be strict with yourself, respect teachers, unite students, care about patients, never be late, never leave early, study hard, set an example and be proactive. Through these two months' efforts, I have learned a lot of things that I don't know in class.

During my internship, I learned the general process of treating patients: for example, measuring vital signs; Ask about the patient's medical history, allergy history, etc. Write nursing records carefully, observe the patient's condition at the same time, cooperate with the teacher's guidance, and understand the basic utilization of antibiotics in each digestive system. At the same time, I also learned the general process and strict aseptic operation of thoracoabdominal puncture. Through this period of internship, I understand the responsibilities that a nurse should have. At any time, I should put patients first and care about their sufferings with the best attitude and the most responsible action. I will try my best to learn more knowledge in my future internship.
