If you are unhappy working in a company, do you still have to stick to it?

If a person says that he is unhappy at work in a company, there is no need to persist, because the mood brought to you at work is very important to your work. Therefore, if we can meet one or more conditions we like in a place, then we can live well and work happily in a place, but if we are not happy at work in the first place, then I don't think there is any need to persist.
