Subsidize university campus recruitment according to "activity subsidy+effect subsidy". Promote public employment services into the campus, carry out activities such as online recruitment for 100 days and "24365" campus recruitment, hold customized recruitment activities such as regions, industries and majors, and continue to polish the brand of series recruitment activities for college graduates employed in Henan.

We will carry out special actions for unemployed graduates who leave school, strengthen the information connection between graduates before and after leaving school, establish a registration system for college graduates, and the human resources and social security department will provide "13 1" service for unemployed graduates who are willing to leave school free of charge. We will carry out actions to improve the quality of employment internships and train 654.38+10,000 trainee positions. We will carry out pairing assistance actions for people with employment difficulties, implement the "one person, one file, one policy" assistance measures, and continue to exempt the national student loan interest that graduates should repay. Carry out youth-specific skills upgrading actions, expand the scale of youth vocational skills training, and include all young people who are willing to train, such as college graduates, into the scope of vocational training services. Carry out youth entrepreneurship service support actions, implement youth entrepreneurship support plans, and implement policies such as entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship services, entrepreneurship incubation, and secured loans for qualified graduates and students.
