After the cutting machine receives the sign frame approved by the board room supervisor, the team leader should recheck the sign frame according to the sample clothes and other related materials, check whether there are many rows, few rows, missing rows or unreasonable materials (fabric direction and fabric pattern should be considered), report the problems to the supervisor in time when found, and assist the supervisor to solve the problems in the shortest time;

After checking the identification and related production materials, the team leader will arrange cutting production reasonably according to the issued production plan and considering the actual production situation of the workshop, and start ordering and picking;

When picking up the goods, you must indicate the card number, number of pieces and yards of the fabric on the bill of lading (subject to the fabric inspection report), and make certain losses according to the nature of the fabric, and go to the warehouse to pick up the goods after approval by the supervisor. The cutting machine head should carry out classified centralized management of the recycled cloth;

Before the employees pull the cloth, the team leader should determine the number of beds and the number of layers per bed according to the fabric type, and standardize the way and method of pulling the cloth (note: whether to loosen the cloth before pulling the cloth should be considered according to the type and attribute of the cloth, and refer to the actual production situation and the number of sheets marked in the board room). When all the packaged parts need to be modified, the staff must focus on the parts with different codes, and the parts cannot be repaired at the same time to avoid mistakes. When repairing the whole piece, it is required to sweep the powder and repair the piece. You can't put the pattern on the piece to repair the piece, so as not to damage the pattern and cause errors.

For the unqualified cut pieces after subcontracting, the piece allocator should write down the number after matching the cut pieces and put them in the bag according to the original position of the cut pieces. All cut pieces must be inspected by subcontractors and piece inspectors, and then inspected by the team leader before they can flow into the workshop for production;

The film distributor shall collect and store the cloth tails or finished films and return them to the warehouse after the goods are completed. At the same time, if the workshop needs to match or change films, it must register and sign, and indicate the reasons for matching films;

After inspection or film matching, the team leader shall arrange subcontracting, code division and centralized storage management for each cut piece. For those thin strips and linings, they can be packed in paper or plastic bags to avoid damage or loss.

After each piece is cut, the actual cutting quantity and other data must be submitted to the relevant departments or supervisors on the same day, and the drawings should be sorted out and filed in time after the goods are completed.
