202 1 Liaoning province examination requirements?

According to the Civil Service Law, the Regulations on the Employment of Civil Servants and the Measures for the Implementation of the Employment of Civil Servants in Liaoning Province, the Civil Service Bureau of Liaoning Province decided to organize and implement the 2022 recruitment examination for civil servants below the first-level director and other equivalent ranks at the provincial, city, county and township levels. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

First, the basic conditions for applying for the exam

1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

2./kloc-fresh master's and doctoral students aged over 0/8 and under 35 [born between February/8, 1986 and February/8, 2004 (inclusive)], who graduated in 2022 (part-time) and won awards at or above the provincial level in major work such as poverty alleviation, rural revitalization and epidemic prevention and control.

3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of China and the socialist system;

4. Have good political quality and moral conduct;

5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

6. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post;

7. Have a college degree or above;

8. Have other qualifications required by the proposed position.

In the qualifications for recruitment posts, the posts that serve grassroots project personnel (Liaoning Province's "Three Supports and One Support" Plan, Liaoning Province's College Students' Volunteer Service Plan in Northwest Liaoning Province and Liaoning Province's College Students' Volunteer Service Plan in West China) are indicated. Retired soldiers of college graduates who have served in the army for more than 5 years (inclusive), as well as retired soldiers who have worked in key counties and hard and remote areas at the provincial level, belong to the posts specially recruited for the above-mentioned personnel, and other personnel cannot apply.

If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to the county (city, district, banner), township (town, street) party and government organs, village (community) party organizations or village (neighborhood) committees, as well as various enterprises and institutions (excluding those managed by reference to the Civil Service Law). The experience of working in military regiments and units below the equivalent regiments, the experience of retired soldiers in active service, and the experience of serving grassroots project personnel in our province during grassroots service can be regarded as grassroots work experience. The starting time of grassroots work experience is determined according to the Opinions on Defining the Starting Time of grassroots work experience in Civil Service Examination (No.59 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010]). Grassroots work experience's calculation time is as of February 2022 18. In the recruitment position information table, the requirement of "having grassroots work experience" is "2 years and above".

If the recruitment position clearly requires the household registration of the county (city), the applicant's household registration should be moved in before the announcement, and the household registration of the county (city) is still maintained at the time of registration [the fresh college graduates who graduated from the county (city) in 2022 are deemed to have the household registration of the county (city)], and other conditions are met.
