Can you enter the four major accounting firms if you can speak Korean?

I am one of the four managers, and I have not entered the four basic requirements this year:

1. CET-6 (equivalent certificate in other languages). I wonder what you mean by "how much do you know about Korean"? )

2. Bachelor degree;

3. Work experience: Audit experience is preferred, accounting related experience is preferred. (However, sometimes you may not have any relevant experience, but the company thinks you are a talent. I also have a classmate who used to work in a bank, and later came to the four major financial groups (because she took the ACCA exam). In short, if you don't have relevant experience, you must have expertise in some aspects, so that the firm feels that you are a rare talent.

If you graduate this year, you must pass the written test in English (even if you learn Korean, you have to pass English). There will be professional-related topics in this year, but the topics are uncertain.

The interview topic is uncertain, which is related to the personality of each manager and partner.
