1. Recruitment principles and methods

2. Recruitment positions

3. Recruitment scope and conditions
(1) Recruitment scope
Those who have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China and meet the recruitment conditions for this assessment personnel.
The following personnel are not included in the assessment and recruitment scope: staff of government agencies and institutions during the probation period; personnel who have not been relieved of party discipline or political discipline or are undergoing disciplinary review; criminal punishment has not expired or is suspected of violating the law. Persons who are under judicial investigation and have yet to reach a conclusion; persons who have been criminally punished for crimes or have been dismissed from public office; employees of former government agencies and institutions who have been dismissed or dismissed by their units for less than five years; persons who violate the recruitment of employees of government agencies and institutions; Personnel who are in the period of suspension due to recruitment (employment) discipline; formally employed personnel of the county government agencies and public institutions, as well as selected college students who have not completed their service period and have not terminated their selection agreement; current non-fresh full-time graduates, and active military personnel; Persons under other circumstances who are not allowed to be employed as personnel of public institutions according to laws and regulations.
(2) Recruitment conditions
Applicants should meet the following conditions at the same time:

2. Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the position;

(3) Other requirements
1. Non-fresh undergraduates and graduate students who are studying full-time in regular colleges and universities and have not graduated cannot apply for the examination with the academic qualification (degree) certificate they have already obtained. ;
2. Recruitment personnel must have served our county for more than 5 years. IV. Registration and Qualification Review
(1) Registration time and location
This assessment and recruitment will adopt on-site registration. The specific requirements are as follows:
Registration time: April 15, 2014 from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Registration location: No. 75, middle section of Changzhou Avenue, Changzhou Street, Rongchang County (Civil Service Section 4-6, Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau).
Each applicant must submit their ID card, graduation certificate (degree certificate), proof of consent to apply and relevant certification materials for the position requirements on site. (2) Qualification review
Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will review the qualifications of applicants. Those who fail the review will be cancelled. Qualification assessment, the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the individual himself.
5. Assessment
The Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, together with relevant departments, will form an assessment team to assess the identified assessment objects. The assessment will adopt the method of on-site professional skills test, focusing on evaluating the candidates. Applicants' suitability for the job is mainly assessed on their professional ethics, professional knowledge and business abilities. The assessment results will be announced on site.
For positions (differences) that are competitive during the assessment, a quantitative scoring method is used, with a full score of 100 points. Those whose assessment scores are less than 60 points shall not be determined as candidates for the physical examination. The candidates for the physical examination shall be based on the number of people to be recruited for each position. According to the candidates' assessment scores from high to low, the positions are determined in equal numbers; for positions (equal positions) that do not form competition during the assessment, they must be voted by more than two-thirds of the members of the assessment team before they can be determined as candidates for the physical examination.
6. Physical examination
Those who pass the physical examination will be organized by the Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
The physical examination standards refer to the "General Standards for the Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" promulgated by the former Ministry of Personnel (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2005] No. 1) and the "Notice on the Operation Manual of Physical Examination for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2007] No. 25 No.) and the requirements of the "Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and "Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010] No. 19), and combined with the actual conditions of the industry or position. If the applicant fails to participate in the physical examination (reexamination) at the prescribed time and place, it will be deemed to have given up the physical examination (reexamination).
Physical examinations are conducted in comprehensive medical and health institutions above the county level. If the applicant or the recruiting unit has any doubts about the physical examination results, he or she can submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the physical examination conclusion. After approval by the Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, a one-time re-examination will be carried out at the designated hospital. The conclusion of the re-examination shall prevail. For those who have failed the physical examination or have been confirmed to have voluntarily given up their qualifications, with the approval of the Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, their vacancies will be filled in order from high scores to low scores among those who have passed the assessment.

7. Inspection
For those who pass the physical examination, the Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will work with the employer to organize a unified inspection of their political ideology, practical performance, and whether they need to evade, etc., and evaluate the candidates Eligibility conditions are reviewed. 9. Employment and benefits
If there is no objection after the public announcement period or it is verified that the employment will not be affected, the Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will handle the relevant procedures.
