It does not belong to any district in Zhongshan City, but belongs to a national development zone. According to official website, Zhongshan Municipal People's Government, Torch Development Zone is located in the east of Zhongshan City, with a total area of 90 square kilometers. Jurisdiction over Zhangjiabian, Chengdong, Haibin, Liuhe, Lianfu and Bokai 6 community neighborhood committees. It is the only national high-tech industrial development zone with six national base brands. Therefore, Torch Development Zone does not belong to any district in Zhongshan, but belongs to a national development zone.
