Strive to lay a solid foundation for the bus industry (1969- 1979)

1969 February, Shangrao Automobile Factory, the predecessor of Shangrao Bus Factory, was established.

1979 achieves the annual production scale of 100 buses.

Dare to be the first, innovative products occupy the market (1980- 1989)

198 1 year, the first generation of Dongfeng passenger cars in China was successfully trial-produced.

1February, 1982, the rear-mounted bus was successfully developed, which filled a gap in China automobile products.

1986 1 1 In June, 2006, China Automobile Corporation held the "Technical Seminar on Bus with Rear Engine" in Shangrao, which promoted the technology of bus with rear engine in Shangrao to the whole country and played an important strategic role in the promotion of China bus.

1987 10, Shangrao bus made its debut at the Chile International Automobile Expo, achieving a breakthrough of "zero" in China bus export.

Accelerate technological transformation and increase market share (1990- 1999)

The factory has accelerated the technical transformation, realized the stamping forming of parts, the welding of skeleton fetal membranes, the far-infrared paint coating of car bodies and imported testing equipment, and the annual production capacity has jumped to the production level of 1,000 vehicles, ranking among the key enterprises in China bus industry and the top 500 transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises in China.

1992 Taiwan-funded and Polaroid models were introduced to establish Shangrao Hongyu Bus Co., Ltd. Expand overseas markets and export buses to Southeast Asia (Philippines, Bangladesh, Vietnam) and South America (Chile, Dominica, Venezuela) in batches.

1998-99, selected by MOFTEC as foreign aid products for export to Tajikistan, became the export base of Dongfeng bus.

Resource Integration and Enterprise Listing (2000-2002)

In the new millennium, Shangrao buses entered large and medium-sized cities in China.

2006 54 38+0-2002 Shangrao bus spare parts were exported and the whole vehicle was assembled in Peru.

On March 4, 2002, Xinxin shares were listed and issued on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Incorporated into private enterprises, enterprises are full of vitality (2003-present)

At the end of 2002, Shangrao Bus Factory was restructured and reorganized. Jiangxi Boneng Group acquired Xinxin, a shareholding holding company in Xinjiang, and integrated the operation mode of private economy and corporate culture into Shangrao Bus Factory.

In 2004, Shangrao Public Transport confirmed the market positioning of group tourism, and its products reached a new level. The bus market continues to expand and returns to the international market.

In July, 2007, Shangrao Bus Factory was completed, with an annual production capacity of 4,000 vehicles.
