Can disabled people apply for Chongqing exam?

Disabled people can take the civil service examination, but some positions with physical requirements cannot be applied for if they do not meet the requirements.

According to Article 18 of the Regulations on the Employment of Civil Servants, to apply for the Chongqing examination, one shall meet the following qualifications:

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

(two) at least eighteen years of age and under thirty-five years of age;

(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of China and the socialist system;

(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(six) have the ability to meet the requirements of the post;

(7) Having a college degree or above;

(eight) the qualifications required by the competent department of civil servants at or above the provincial level;

(nine) other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

The conditions listed in items (2) and (7) of the preceding paragraph may be appropriately adjusted with the approval of the competent department of civil servants at or above the provincial level. Persons who apply for administrative penalty decision review, administrative reconsideration, administrative ruling, legal adviser and other positions. Engaged in the work of administrative organs should obtain legal professional qualifications. The competent departments of civil servants and recruitment agencies shall not set qualifications unrelated to job requirements.

The written examination includes public subjects and professional subjects, and embodies the principle of classification and grading in the examination content. Public subjects include administrative professional ability test and application. Among them, the administrative professional ability test is an objective test, and the application is a subjective test, with a full score of 100. The application type for administrative law enforcement positions is application 3, application 2 for township organs and application 1 for other positions.
