Wei Yi was born in a catering family, graduated from Sichuan Cuisine College, and has a solid culinary culture foundation. Before starting a business, Wei Yi worked in well-known catering enterprises such as Spicy Temptation and South Beauty, and accumulated rich catering experience. Back in Chongqing, he founded Hula Noodle Restaurant, and opened stores all over Chongqing in just six years.
