The announcement time of the 2023 Hebei special post teacher examination has not yet been determined. According to the time of previous years, Hebei special post teachers are expected to issue an announcement around June each year and conduct a written test in July, depending on the official release time.

2022 Hebei special post teacher recruitment basic conditions:

1. Meet the physical and psychological conditions stipulated by the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on Teacher Qualification and other laws and regulations. It meets the requirements of the top ten standards of professional behavior of primary and secondary school teachers in the new period, and has no criminal record and other illegal records that may not be employed.

2. Not more than 30 years old (born after 1 June 19921day), unemployed or having terminated the labor (employment) contract with the original unit.

3. Teachers who apply for junior high schools must have a bachelor's degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities, and teachers who apply for primary schools must have a bachelor's degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities or a college degree in normal colleges and universities.

According to the requirements of Shegang County, the junior high school teacher positions marked with "●" in the recruitment position table of counties in the central "special post plan" of Hebei Province in 2022 must have a master's degree or above, and the primary school teacher positions marked with "★" must have a bachelor's degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities.

4. Teacher qualification requirements

(1) To apply for a junior high school teacher position, you must have a junior high school or senior high school teacher qualification certificate, and the subject you apply for must be consistent with the subject taught by your teacher qualification certificate. To apply for the post of primary school teacher, you must have the qualification certificate of primary school or junior and senior high school teachers.

To apply for primary school physical education, music, art and English posts, it is required that the teaching subjects of teacher qualification certificate must be consistent with the post subjects or be general subjects in primary schools; Other primary school posts are not limited to teaching subjects with teacher qualification certificates.

The qualifications of cultural teachers in secondary vocational schools can be applied for corresponding positions according to the qualifications of senior middle school teachers, while the qualifications of teachers in other secondary vocational schools do not meet the post requirements.

(2) Applicants who have not yet obtained the teacher qualification certificate, but have obtained the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers or the Certificate of Professional Ability for Teachers in Normal Schools, can apply for the corresponding positions according to the courses and disciplines in the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers or the Certificate of Professional Ability for Teachers in Normal Schools and according to the requirements in the above (1).

Before signing the "Teacher Employment Agreement of Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education in Hebei Province in 2022", the corresponding teacher qualification certificate must be obtained and provided. If the teacher qualification certificate cannot be obtained as scheduled due to the epidemic, the probation period can be agreed 1 year. The employment contract shall be terminated according to law if the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding study section and subject is not obtained during the probation period.

(3) For the candidates affected by the epidemic in the 20021and 2022 primary and secondary school teacher qualification examinations (including cultural courses in secondary vocational schools) (NTCE 202 1 and the written transcripts or interview transcripts in 2022 are marked as "Yes").

You can participate in the recruitment of special post teachers, and apply for corresponding positions according to the time period and subject reflected in the Transcript of Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination (NTCE) and the requirements in the above (1). The report card can't reflect the position that no subject can apply for.

Those who are hired can first take up their posts to engage in supplementary education and teaching, and then take the teacher qualification examination and obtain the teacher qualification certificate. The probation period 1 year is stipulated when signing the teacher employment agreement of the special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education in Hebei Province in 2022. If the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding period and subject is not obtained during the probation period, the employment contract shall be terminated according to law.

5. To hold a certificate of Putonghua proficiency test, the level of Putonghua must reach Grade B and above in the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade promulgated by the State Language Committee, and the post of Chinese subject must reach Grade A and above.
