(1) Registration and qualification examination

2. Qualification examination

After the registration, the Party School of Anqing Municipal Committee and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau will jointly conduct qualification examination. Qualification examination time: June 30th to July 2nd.

3. Obtaining the admission ticket: On July 4th, the person applying for the position of plumber brought his ID card to the Political Department of the Party School of Anqing Municipal Committee to get the admission ticket, and paid the written examination fee of RMB 45 yuan. Those who fail to pay the fee within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up on their own.

4. Interview content:

(1) Those who apply for full-time teacher positions will have a lecture interview. It mainly examines the comprehensive analysis, logical thinking and language expression ability of candidates.

(2) Interviews are conducted in the form of questions and answers for those who apply for the position of hydropower engineer, that is, oral answers are given to the questions related to hydropower specialty. This paper mainly examines the candidates' adaptability to the situation and their ability to solve practical problems of hydropower.

The interview evaluation team is composed of relevant experts. The interview time is 20 minutes. The interview is based on a percentage system.

5. Calculation of evaluation results

The interview results of full-time teachers are the total assessment results.

Total score of plumber = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.

6. Candidates participating in the interview must pay the interview fee in 80 yuan RMB as required.

(4) Physical examination and investigation

1, determination of physical examination object:

① According to the total score of candidates, according to the number of recruitment plans, the objects of physical examination and investigation are determined from high score to low score (if the total score is the same, they will be sorted according to the written test scores and determined according to the opinions of the leading group).

(2) If the ratio of job recruitment to interviewers is 1: 1, the control line of the minimum score of job interview is determined to be 70 points, and there are assessment opinions from the examiner group on whether to hire or not. Candidates who do not meet this requirement are not allowed to enter the physical examination and inspection.

2. The Party School of Anqing Municipal Committee organizes physical examination in accordance with the "Notice Standard for Civil Servants' Employment Physical Examination (Trial)". Inspect those who pass the medical examination (those who fail the medical examination will be disqualified from this employment).

3. The inspection mainly examines the performance of the applicant in the school (original unit), including ideological and political, professional ethics, professional level, management ability, law-abiding and so on.

4. In the recruitment process, those who do not meet the employment conditions or voluntarily give up will be replenished in equal amount according to the principle of high score to low score, and only once.

(5) Employment

2. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will publicize the personnel to be hired for one week. If there is no objection after publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions and the employment contract shall be signed.

3. The employed personnel shall enjoy the wages and benefits stipulated by the relevant national policies.

4. The hired personnel must obey the organization arrangement, and those who don't obey the arrangement are deemed to give up automatically.
