On-site confirmation time at the registration center of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine: November 6 to November 9, 2018. No reissue will be issued after the due date.

2. On-site confirmation procedures

(1) Candidates should go to the designated place at the registration point selected by the online application for on-site confirmation. The confirmation location of our school is the second floor of the Guipei Building (Bozhong Opposite the garden).

(2) Candidates submit their valid resident ID card, original copies of academic qualifications and degree certificates (student ID cards for fresh undergraduate graduates) and online registration number, which will be verified by the staff at the registration center. Candidates who fail to pass the online academic qualification (student status) verification should provide an academic qualification (student status) certification report when confirming on site. Non-ordinary full-time students applying for a professional master's degree in traditional Chinese medicine must examine the originals of their graduation certificate, degree certificate and practicing assistant physician certificate or practicing physician certificate, and submit copies.

Foreign academic qualifications must be accompanied by the original and copy of the foreign academic qualification certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

All candidates must carefully check and confirm their online registration information. The registration information confirmed by the candidate will not be modified during the preliminary examination, re-examination and admission stages. All consequences caused by errors in filling in the candidates will be borne by the candidates themselves. If the registration information filled in by the candidate does not meet the registration requirements, the examination will not be allowed.

(3) Candidates must cooperate in collecting personal images and other relevant electronic information in accordance with the regulations of the registration site.
