All these make us deeply sympathize with and regret the car sellers, and this article can say that this contradiction has surfaced again, which has caused us to think more.

Judging from the responses of the two, it is actually similar. Since the system problem was mentioned, both companies indicated that they would give corresponding solutions at the system level.
But this undoubtedly exposes another problem, that is, whose fault is it about the overtime delivery?
The participants of take-away orders are mainly customers, riders, merchants and platforms.
The first thing that can be ruled out is that customers are not wrong. I believe there is no objection to this, so the focus is on riders, businesses and platforms.
In fact, we can recall that under normal circumstances, orders are all overtime, mainly during peak hours, such as between noon 12 and afternoon 1. If the weather is bad, there will be more overtime.
But in off-peak hours, such as three or four o'clock in the afternoon, not only will it not exceed the time limit, but it will also arrive ten minutes in advance.
So we often only see the overtime of delivery, but not the delivery in advance. Apart from the weather, there is actually only one variable, that is, the order quantity.
During peak hours, due to the surge of orders in a short period of time, the preparation time of merchants is extended first, and the delivery time is calculated from the time when merchants receive orders. In other words, the delivery time that should belong to the rider is actually being consumed by the merchants.
I think everyone has seen such a video. In order to catch up with the time, a rider went to the merchant's kitchen to cook in person.
This problem is also suitable for riders, and because of the large number of orders, the delivery time of each order is invisibly shortened, because more orders are allocated.
What about the platform? As the first party to contact customers, the platform system will naturally accept customers' orders and hand them over to merchants.
From this perspective, there seems to be nothing wrong with riders, merchants and platforms, but the spearhead seems to point to the increase in orders.
Of course, there are also voices saying that it will increase the number of riders, which will spread the pressure of ordering more and win back a lot of delivery time.
But a real problem is how to protect the interests of riders. With the increase of riders and the dilution of orders, the average number of orders received by each rider has decreased.
This seems to be an unsolved problem, as if no one is wrong, but the problem exists.
So where does the problem come from? In fact, it still lies in market competition.
The key point of competition in the take-away industry is delivery time, because as a take-away platform, their resources are merchants and riders. Merchants are a kind of "public resources" and can enter multiple take-away platforms at the same time, but riders are not competitive as platforms.
Therefore, delivery time has become the key to competition. Obviously, extending the delivery time can directly solve the problem of overtime delivery, but it will directly reduce the competitiveness of the platform.
If platform A takes 30 minutes to deliver and platform B takes 40 minutes to deliver, which platform will customers choose?
Therefore, the fundamental way to solve the problem may still need the industry-leading platform to reach a * * * understanding and form a unified opinion on the delivery time during peak hours.
Some people say that they will send the goods to just visiting, some of them belong to merchants and some belong to riders. This seems reasonable, but it should be pointed out that during peak hours, if the overall time can't guarantee the preparation time of the merchants and the delivery time of the riders, how to allocate it can't solve the overtime problem.
