1. Going deep into the community: The center will hold activities in the community from time to time on holidays, so that residents can have a deeper understanding of social workers when participating in the activities. The success of the center in Nangui and Guiyuan communities in the past year fully proves the feasibility of this approach. This year, we will step up publicity and expand the scope of publicity.

2. Media: strive to cooperate with local media in Foshan, such as Foshan Daily, Zhujiang Times, Nanhai TV Station, etc., and publish the activity newsletter of the center to publicize the social worker culture, so that residents can better understand social workers in their daily activities.

3. Website: Blog and Weibo have been opened on Sina and other online media, and the activities and projects of the center are updated regularly and timely. Strive to complete the construction of the center website within this year.

Third, build three brand projects: serving the elderly, serving the young and building social workers.

The aging society calls for the intervention of professional services, and the elderly in pension institutions need the comfort of social workers. After evaluating the present situation of the elderly service in Nanhai and integrating the existing resources of the center, under the guidance of Foshan City and Nanhai District Civil Affairs Bureau, the center positioned the elderly service as an in-depth service of social work for the elderly.

The first is to carry out a pilot project to build a team of social workers in Guicheng Recreation Center for the Elderly. With the support of Guicheng Guan Ai Fund, the center will provide professional services in Guicheng Recreation Center for the Elderly. Including the establishment of social work department, the establishment of social work posts, the establishment of various rules and regulations for social work services, the creation of hospital social work culture, the construction of professional teams of employees, and the development of professional services for the elderly. By integrating resources such as volunteers, venues, facilities and equipment inside and outside the hospital, we will provide adequate resource services for the elderly; Help the elderly to establish self-help and mutual aid organizations to meet their needs and improve their quality of life.

The second is to carry out social worker supervision training in Xiqiao Welfare Center. In the past year, we shared the experience of 430 Power Express and Sunshine Partner Volunteer Camp, and gained an important understanding of the youth service area of the center. School is an important place for teenagers to study and live, which has an important influence on children's learning, emotion, intelligence and personality. Schools are also a link between families and communities, providing space and conditions for the intervention of professional services. Therefore, this year, the youth service of the center took the form of resident social workers and began to explore new service models.

Plan the "Sunshine Power" plan, help and encourage students, win the support of the Love Fund, and start the pilot project in two middle schools (one township and one city) in Guicheng. On the one hand, it studies the education and teaching mode of rural and urban schools and the behavior characteristics of teenagers, and provides professional counseling for teenagers in study, life and emotion with the help of professional methods, and explores different intervention modes of school social work services; On the other hand, the communication and cooperation modes among social workers, teachers and parents are discussed, and the intervention modes of social work are summarized. At the same time, through professional social work services, we will help young people in need to get timely services, carry forward the caring spirit of "love yourself, love others and help others", and cultivate a new generation of vitality and health.

Through on-campus social work services, we will further promote school social work, care about the all-round development of teenagers, implement a "comprehensive plan" to train teenagers, help young students face up to the current life situation, tap their own potential, cultivate good interpersonal skills, promote their all-round healthy growth, and become a member of volunteers in Guicheng during the activities and participate in the "Love Your Home and Love Guicheng" action.

(3) Strengthening the construction of social workers by means of training.

Accelerating the construction of local social workers and further promoting the localization of social work is another important work of the center this year. First, through the pre-test counseling of the social work professional level examination, help candidates master the contents of the examination outline, strengthen their understanding of the teaching materials, improve their ability to take the exam, and improve and accelerate the transformation of talents; Second, through special training, further popularize social work knowledge, improve work efficiency, and enhance social work service concepts and skills; Third, through business visits, exchanges and practical training, we will broaden the professional service methods of local service personnel and speed up the construction of social work professionals.

(4) Summary and research: Make full use of the expert team of the Center, strengthen the research on project service mode, constantly sum up the experience of localized service, and promote the professional service mode of local social work. On the one hand, we can get employment information from the websites of street labor security stations and district employment bureaus in time, on the other hand, we can often communicate with employers within our jurisdiction to get a timely understanding of their employment information and vacancies, and establish long-term and effective contact mechanisms and channels to arrange jobs as close as possible for laid-off workers and create convenient conditions.
