4. In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:

Four. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration work

Applicants must fill in the form at the designated registration point within the specified time, and will not be accepted after the deadline.

3. Precautions:

(2) Applicants are required to fill in the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Professional Security Patrol Members in Baohe District, Hefei City (20 14), and at the same time, submit three recent one-inch bareheaded photos with the same background and paste them at the designated position in the application form.

(3) The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the documents provided by himself and the contents of the forms filled in. If there is fraud, once it is verified during physical examination and political examination, its qualification will be cancelled.

(2) Physical fitness test

1, the physical fitness test content is 1000m running, and the physical fitness test time will be notified separately.

2. 1000m running test qualification standard: over 30 years old, within 5 minutes and 20 seconds; Under 30 years old, within 5 minutes.

(3) Interview

Among those who passed the physical fitness test, they were ranked according to their physical fitness test scores, and participated in the interview according to the ratio of the number of jobs 1: 2. If there are many people with the same results in the last place, they will enter the interview together. The interview time and place will be announced separately.

The interview test lasts for 5 minutes, with a full score of 100. The interview results will be announced on the spot (to one decimal place).

(four) to determine the primary (physical examination) personnel

According to the proportion of recruitment positions 1: 1, the primary selection (physical examination) personnel are determined according to the interview results from high to low, and published on the website of Baohe District Government.

(5) Physical examination and political examination

The primary candidates will attend the physical examination on time with valid identity documents, and the place and time of the physical examination will be notified separately. The medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves, and the medical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Examination Items and Standards for Employed People's Police in Anhui Province (Provisional).

Those who pass the medical examination enter the political examination. The results of the political review and the list of candidates to be hired will be publicized on the website of Baohe District Government, and at the same time, the report telephone number will be announced and accepted by the society. The publicity period is 7 days. If the vacancy is caused by the cancellation of admission qualification due to reasons such as physical examination, political review or report verification, the interview results will be replenished from high score to low score.

If there is no objection to the publicity, the training shall be organized by the employer in a unified manner.

(4) Employment procedures and treatment

Those who fail the training will not be hired or supplemented. For those who have passed the training, according to the relevant provisions of the Labor Contract Law, the employer and the employee must sign a labor contract with a term of 2 years and a probation period of 3 months. The non-standard working hours system is implemented, uniform clothing is provided during the employment period, and the welfare benefits are implemented according to the contract, with no less than 35,600 yuan per person per year (including salary, various insurances, clothing and incentive fees).
