Who's Dai Guofang? Why did Dai Guofang build a factory in Indonesia?

Dai Guofang, 1964 was born in Dunan Village, Huangli Town, Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. He was the former chairman of Jiangsu Tieben Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and the founder of Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry Co., Ltd., and he set up a factory in Indonesia mainly because he took a fancy to Indonesia's rich nickel resources. By "going out" to set up factories abroad, Delong Nickel Industry reasonably solved the problem of obtaining nickel resources and effectively solved the bottleneck of its own capacity expansion.
