What is the duty of a cadastral surveyor?

The work mainly includes: (1) field selection of cadastral survey control points and boundary points, and stone burial; (2) Operating measuring instruments and tools such as theodolite, leveling instrument, flatbed instrument and rangefinder, observing and recording the distance, horizontal angle, vertical angle and leveling of land and its appendages; (3) sorting out and evaluating field observation data; (four) using topographic maps and aerial photographs to investigate the ownership, location, quality, quantity and use of urban and rural land and its appendages, and record the data; (five) according to the survey results and cadastral survey data, draw field sketches and provide cadastral survey data; (6) Measure the area by meter and cadastral map, and provide the area measurement results; (7) Maintenance of measuring instruments and tools.
