The management of cities, counties or social organizations in the Bay has invested heavily in infrastructure construction, recruited talents from Taiwan Province Province with high salaries, subsidized the income tax difference between the two sides of the strait, and may even implement the circulation of dual currency (RMB and NT), allowing Taiwan TV channels to land; and

From the historical experience, the two sides can learn from the experience of Singapore and the mainland in jointly developing Suzhou Industrial Zone in the11990s. Fujian Province also intends to negotiate with Singapore to transplant ZTE and jointly develop Pingtan Suzhou industry.

The spirit of the amendment to the law enabled the two sides to resolve the differences caused by the Pingtan case and resume a stable dialogue.
