II. Scope, basic conditions and qualifications

(1) Open selection for party and government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels throughout the country.

(2) Applicants should meet the following qualifications in addition to the basic conditions stipulated in the Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government:

III. Work Procedures

(1) Open registration: each person is limited to one position. If the number of applicants for a position is less than 8, the open selection of the position will be cancelled, and those who apply for the position can change to other positions within 2 days after the deadline for registration.

V. Registration and examination arrangements
