Brief introduction of Xie Zhuang coal mine

Xie Zhuang Coal Mine is located at the west end of the south wing of Xinwen Coalfield, east of xintai city 13km. According to the inflection point coordinates of the mining license issued by the Ministry of Land and Resources (table 1-2- 1), the mining area is delineated with 40 points, the mining depth is+100m ~-1050m, and the east-west length is 9 ~1. Width 1. 1 ~ 4.2km Geographic coordinates: E11731'03 "~16 5438+0741'/kloc-. Administrative divisions are under the jurisdiction of xintai city. The mine has a special railway line connected with Lai Ci Railway and beijing-shanghai railway in the west. Mengguan Highway runs through the east and west, and Beijing, Shanghai and expressway pass through the west of the mining area, so the traffic conditions are very convenient.

There are gas coal and gas fat coal in Xie Zhuang coal mine, and the main products are clean coal, lump coal and blended coal. The product has the characteristics of high calorific value, high volatile matter, high ash melting point, low ash content, low sulfur content and stable product quality. Products sell well all over the country, and power clean coal is exported to Japan, South Korea, Western Europe and other places. Two registered trademarks, Daxie Coal and Meixin No.1, were named as "export famous brands" by China Import and Export Inspection and Quarantine Association, and "national authoritative testing standard brands" by China Quality Inspection Association, and were listed nationwide.

In recent years, Xie Zhuang Coal Mine has adhered to the development strategy of stabilizing the main coal industry and giving priority to the development of non-coal advantageous industries. Xie Zhuang Coal Mine aims to build an intrinsically safe, high-yield, high-efficiency, energy-saving, environment-friendly, safe and harmonious enterprise, fully carries forward the enterprise spirit of "being pragmatic and innovative, striving for first-class", pursues Excellence, always adheres to the road of people-oriented, developing the mine through science and technology, actively advocates a brand-new concept of safety culture, and has created outstanding achievements in safety production for six consecutive years. The enterprise presents a good trend of extraordinary and leaping development: the total output value of the enterprise reached1500 million yuan in 2005, exceeded 2 billion yuan in 2006 and exceeded 2.5 billion yuan in 2007. While doing a good job in coal production and construction, we have gradually explored a set of non-coal industry development model with Xie Zhuang characteristics in practice, formed four dominant industries, namely specialty paper, coal gangue thermoelectric, mechanical repair and aseptic packaging, and built three flagship companies, namely Baichuan Paper, Guangming Electric Power and Tianyuan Repair, with more than 3,000 employees. In 2006, the total output value of non-coal industry reached 654.38+0.28 billion yuan, realizing mine diversification.

Xie Zhuang Coal Mine pays special attention to the training and use of newly recruited graduates, and actively makes career plans for employees according to the principle of "people-oriented, * * * common development". All recent college graduates are engaged in technical and management work, and professional titles are given priority according to their work performance, and people with management skills are actively promoted to leadership positions. At present, more than 30 people have been promoted to department-level leaders before the age of 30, 1 10 before the age of 35, 9 people and 16 people before the age of 40. At the same time, continuously strengthen the continuous training and education of employees.
