Where is the service staff of Qingdao Spleen Wine Festival recruited?

There are many different greenhouses at Oktoberfest, each of which I recruited myself. I went there once when I was in college. The greenhouse was built by Qingdao Zhong Yi Crown and a German brewery. The students enrolled there are usually people of insight. I just found someone to introduce me that year, but I still don't know where to recruit. In Rizhao, there should be no Qingdao, and I want to go.
