No. According to the official website of the Suzhou Municipal Education Bureau, the school was founded in September 2000. In June 2002, it obtained a school license issued by the Wujiang Education Bureau. In January 2009, it was established as a qualified private school for children of migrant workers in Suzhou. Since its establishment, the school has adhered to the purpose of "education first, safety first, quality first"; it has focused on internal management and external image, constantly improved its school philosophy, and expanded its school scale year by year.
