Assist clean room mechanical sandwich system engineers in system design, improvement, operation and expansion. Participate in system operation duty.

The clean room mechanical mezzanine system includes: vacuum pumps for equipment, chillers for equipment, and exhaust gas treatment systems for equipment located in the mechanical mezzanine of the clean room; the supply, power, and control systems for the above equipment.

Responsible for providing high-quality system operation and maintenance to ensure that all key system operating parameters are within the permitted range and will not disrupt factory operation and production. Timely discover, correct, analyze the true cause of parameter over-standard and interruption accidents, prevent recurrence, and file reports. Senior technicians are responsible for training technicians.

Assist system engineers in system adjustment, testing and integration during project contracting and construction. Assist systems engineers in improving system operation and maintenance standard procedures.

2. Position-related requirements

College or higher vocational education in mechanical engineering or other related majors

5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems or experience in the semiconductor industry Applicants with relevant experience will be given priority.
