Suzhou Lida Middle School is a full-time ordinary middle school jointly founded by Suzhou Middle School in Jiangsu Province and social forces 1996. It is the top school in Suzhou. All the daily education and teaching work is undertaken by Suzhou middle school teachers.

The name of the school "Lida" takes the meaning of "I want to stand up and stand up, I want to reach people", which comes from the Analects of Confucius. 1996 a state-owned private school founded by Suzhou middle school in Jiangsu province. In 2005, the school tried to reform the state-owned joint-stock system and became the first joint-stock school in Suzhou. In September 2006, the school moved to the west campus of Suzhou Middle School, covering an area of nearly 60 mu. Lida School inherits the Soviet tradition, taking "honesty, trustworthiness, thinking and courage" as its motto and "solid foundation, comprehensive quality, obvious specialty, strong ability, sound personality, physical and mental health and strong social adaptability" as its training goal. In the course of running a school for more than ten years, it has gradually formed its own distinctive school-running characteristics.

School appearance

The former Lida Middle School is located in the south area of Suzhou Middle School and has been demolished. In 2006, Lida Middle School was located at No.20 Xinqiao Lane (formerly No.13 Middle School), which was much larger than the original site and adjacent to Xinsu Normal School. There are fish ponds, rockeries and fish-watching pavilions in the northeast corner of the school (unfortunately, it is too far from the teaching building, and no one usually goes). Now, it has moved into Changwu Road, Canglang New Town.

Educational principles
