Landscape design of Alibaba rookie headquarters and industrial park

Cainiao is an important Internet technology company under Alibaba, focusing on logistics platform services and working closely with logistics partners to build a "24-hour nationwide and 72-hour global" future logistics network.

Cainiao Global Headquarters Building was built in Hangzhou, which is one of the landmark buildings in Hangzhou in the future. The following is the landscape design scheme made by HWA Angel Doyle for the rookie headquarters and industrial park.

Landscape design analysis

0 1, project background

The project is located in the key "Future Science and Technology City" in Hangzhou, between the core of the future science and technology city and the South Lake Green Center, on the development axis of Wen Yi West Road and 02 Provincial Road, with obvious location advantages. According to the master plan layout of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City on 20 18, the project base is a new key area. The base is adjacent to many natural landscapes (Nanhu Park, Xixi Wetland, Liangchu and West Lake Scenic Area) within the range of 10KM, with superior ecological landscape resources. Near Jinxing Station of Metro Line 5 and Intercity Station of Metro Line 3, several subway lines are adjacent and the transportation is convenient.

02. Design conception

The design concept of enterprise headquarters and industrial park project is "double-ring drive, create the future together". "Double Ring" is the core inner ring composed of four courtyards with headquarters as the core, and the ecological vitality outer ring composed of the first and second phases of the industrial park and the riverside landscape belt. The two rings are closely linked to create an open, green, interactive, efficient and fast wisdom landscape, leading the future of innovative technology industry.

03. Scheme Design-Inner Ring of Headquarters

The inner courtyard built the inner ring space of the headquarters. The design inspiration comes from the capture of the venue avenue and the surrounding environment. It is divided into four theme courtyards: Future Courtyard, Water Courtyard, Mountain Courtyard and Tianyuan Courtyard. The design of industrial park is mainly based on the time period and space utilization mode of the site. Through the analysis of users' time behavior, landscape design needs to provide semi-private space functions for internal personnel, including outdoor lunch, outdoor meetings, sports and fitness, making friends and so on.

Future courtyard

As the courtyard connecting the main entrance, there will be a multi-functional central square in courtyard design in the east to undertake the function of crowd distribution. Square space can also be used to organize activities. Connecting the ground and the building facade with the corporate LOGO highlights the corporate culture of the Internet and is full of science and technology. Right Friendship Courtyard serves the conference lecture hall in the venue, extending the conference communication function from indoor to outdoor. In the future, the courtyard will be dominated by hard space, with local tree-lined greening.

Shui courtyard

The water courtyard on the south side is close to the river course of Shanhegang, so it takes water as the theme. The functions of the restaurant on the west side of the courtyard and the sports hall on the east side have been extended in the outdoor space. Hydrophilic platform, outdoor sports ground and mirror waterscape constitute a courtyard space with dynamic and static combination and a sense of balance. The floating island lotus pond and the jumping spring mist set off the atmosphere of the venue, making users feel happy and moderately relaxed in the venue, which is helpful to reduce stress and improve work efficiency.

Intermountain courtyard

The courtyard in the west is surrounded by mountains and waters, with the theme of "mountain". The platform on the second floor is unified with the courtyard on the first floor, and a stepped leisure wooden platform is designed by using the height difference of 5.5m between the second floor and the first floor, which enriches the spatial level and creates a variety of spatial experiences. The mountain courtyard is dominated by natural ecology. Rainwater habitat, ecological green slopes, original ecological stone benches and wooden platforms add a touch of natural temperature to busy work.

Sky courtyard

The air courtyard on the north side has good lighting to the south, which is mainly used for outdoor meetings. The landscape design gallery is connected in series with three outdoor conference rooms. Based on this, two mirror pools are designed to separate the central conference area from the building corridor through space to ensure the privacy of the conference room. Design a wetland green island in the mirror pool to create a quiet original ecological atmosphere. According to the use function of adjacent building spaces, the fire evacuation sites on both sides of the courtyard combine the under-forest rest platform with the outdoor dining platform, and divide the use areas through the height difference design, so as to enrich the multi-level space experience.

04. Scheme design-the outer ring of ecological vitality

The open square is the main element that constitutes the outer ring of ecological vitality. Outer ring industrial park is different from the privacy-oriented headquarters park, and needs to be more open to attract enterprises to settle in. The landscape design of the park pays attention to the relationship with architectural functions, providing small space suitable for communication, relatively open activity space, large activity square space and private enterprise park.

Designed the enterprise square and intelligent green space. The central multifunctional flashing lawn can be used for leisure and small-scale activities. Orange Island can be used for lunch leisure and outdoor negotiation. Green Island is an outdoor garden to beautify the environment. Outdoor space is small and rich, with diverse functions and flexible combination. The enclosed space of SMART Green Square, dominated by submerged gardens and central waterscape, provides a semi-private rest place for the open square. As outdoor leisure dining space, the under-forest platforms on both sides enhance the sense of place and enhance the charm of the venue.

medium

The media enterprise square is connected with the main entrance of the first phase of the industrial park. In order to ensure the function of channel and assembly, the hard side is the main one. The wooden platforms on both sides of the entrance square are designed to be suitable for users to stand and sit on outdoor furniture of two sizes, and can be used as outdoor lunch bars or team outdoor meetings. It is easy to deal with the combination of space leisure benches and greening groups on both sides. The interactive jumping spring scene in the center of the square can be used as a festival performance and interactive game, which is the core highlight of the entrance square. The lawn below the media green square is the core, and leisure dining spaces of various sizes are reserved on both sides. The overall spatial scale is larger than that of the Wisdom Square, which is suitable for more people to gather, and the spatial temperament and color collocation are quieter, and the spatial relationship is more complete, mainly meeting the spatial needs of * * * *.

lively

Lively square, located in the second phase of the industrial park, can be used to hold large-scale activities. In addition to meeting the functions of the distribution site, the square is divided into multi-scale spaces through the placement of outdoor furniture and the adjustment of height difference, and the layout is flexible, which not only meets the leisure functions required by users during their working hours, but also provides them with sports venues. As a place for leisure activities, the lively square can be used for commercial publicity and sales, outdoor performances, leisure picnics and so on. As a sports venue, the square can be used as a temporary outdoor stadium and sunshine yoga venue.

extravagant

Different from the opening and publicity of other venues, luxury single-family enterprise parks tend to be high-end and quiet. Hedge enclosure ensures the privacy of the courtyard inside the garden, which provides outdoor meeting and business negotiation space.
